Digital signatures have transformed how our clients sign remotely and we save significant time
The best features PandaDoc offers include ease of template creation, integration with tools like HubSpot, a user-friendly interface, and customizable templates. The integration with HubSpot helps my workflow by being very seamless, and it has become very valuable, especially enhancing the overall user experience, particularly for those less technically savvy. Also, the use of template creation and the simplicity of creating and managing templates for various documents streamlines our document creation, and we're able to reuse the templates again and again, saving a lot of time. The user-friendly interface enables us to navigate efficiently and complete tasks easily. PandaDoc has positively impacted our organization since we started using this tool. I love the ability to obtain signatures from our clients. It makes us more efficient, saving time and money, especially eliminating the cost of traveling. The pricing model for PandaDoc is far superior to other competitors, so we have been able to save a lot of time on the price it offers. It's very competitive.

Provides good integration and invoice facilities
I use the latest version of Zoho Sign. Zoho Sign is still improving because they send their announcements each month. I recommend people use Zoho Sign only if they have proper guidance from the people at Zoho. Else, it will be a big mess. Overall, I rate Zoho Sign a six out of ten.

Cons

"One way PandaDoc can be improved is that sometimes the automatic placement of fields is incorrect."
"The needed improvements for PandaDoc include that the workflow functionality is limited."
"Because not everyone uses it, it's difficult to get it adopted. When you send someone something and it's a DocuSign, they go, "Okay, this is legit." When you use any of the other ones, people are like, "Oh! What is this?" I don't know if that's a branding issue or something else."
"The solution limits the number of contracts one can sign."
"Zoho Sign has to be made more user friendly."
"I think that it would be a good improvement if one could chat with Zoho or DocuSign...In short, the tool cannot currently let me communicate or talk with it via chat."
"They send the contract out with default templates, and we need to be able to adjust the templates as we would like."
