Easy to use for our clients and was easy to roll out
I would rate it a nine out of ten. It was really easy to roll it out to our users to implement it to an API. It was very seamless. I don't see any lack of features we need. For the purpose of connecting the client and agent, it works very well. I would like the ability to download or retrieve the call history through APIs. There is no way to download the recordings from the meetings because you can record the meeting. The only way to get the recording from the platform is to log in to my strategic portal and download it manually. There is no way to retrieve the link for downloading the recording through API. I would like to see that in the next release.

Unified communication has transformed our collaboration and consistently boosts project delivery
The best features Zoom Workplace Business offers include screen sharing, clear video and audio, online meetings, large-scale events, call management, mobile apps, unified communication platform, and collaboration. The feature I find myself using the most is an AI-powered collaboration platform that is used to streamline communication, increase employee engagement, optimize in-person time, and improve productivity. The screen sharing is very effective and a helpful tool where we are able to screen share with our colleagues and discuss different tasks and project management ideas. Collaboration has become very efficient, and remote working has also become efficient and prevalent in my organization. We have been able to save a lot of time using Zoom Workplace Business. It has been a game-changer. Zoom Workplace Business elevates the experience with Zoom AI Companion included at no additional cost. It is designed to help employees be more productive, collaborate better, enhance their skills, and unlock time savings.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"The pros are that it's like a global leader. It has a translation project, which is very interesting and important for our users because the minority of them are not able to read and speak in English."
"It was really easy to roll it out to our users to implement it to an API."
"I like Zoom because of the quality of the image and the resolution, and the image and sound quality are excellent."
"Zoom is useful for virtual meetings."
"You don't need to be technical in order to use it."
"Zoom is scalable, it can handle meetings with lots of delegates."
"Zoom is a very light application, it uses the network efficiently and has many features like the ability to record meetings, chat, and collaborate, and the video conversation is very clear."
"The solution is easy to set up."
"The solution is much better and more reliable than Microsoft Teams or Webex."
"The grid view option is great, as you get to see everyone who is in the video conference at the same time."

Cons

"We have had some problems with stability."
"We have had some problems with stability. A week ago, we had outaging but it has stablized."
"The paid version is quite expensive; there's no middle ground between free and paid."
"Stability is always an issue with Zoom."
"The updating feature of Zoom needs to be improved."
"I don't have any particular issues, but I think the user interface could be improved. Previously, I used Microsoft Teams, where the chat, video, and audio options were all easily accessible in one place, making the user experience smoother. In Zoom, it's a bit more manual. For example, we must use external chat options like Slack and manually send the Zoom URL link to initiate a chat. In MicrosoftTeams, you can directly call and chat with someone from the contact list simultaneously."
"There were times on the free version where I wasn't done the meeting and it just took me out. They need to give more time."
"Compared to Skype and Teams, Zoom is missing one feature, and that's the ability to call people."
"There are sometimes too many parallel meetings going on and the system gets overloaded, somebody drops out or we have to start over again."
"The price of Zoom is a bit expensive."
