Easy to use for our clients and was easy to roll out
I would rate it a nine out of ten. It was really easy to roll it out to our users to implement it to an API. It was very seamless. I don't see any lack of features we need. For the purpose of connecting the client and agent, it works very well. I would like the ability to download or retrieve the call history through APIs. There is no way to download the recordings from the meetings because you can record the meeting. The only way to get the recording from the platform is to log in to my strategic portal and download it manually. There is no way to retrieve the link for downloading the recording through API. I would like to see that in the next release.

Utilizing versatile features for efficient personal and work meetings
Zoom offers a number of interesting and valuable features. One of the most interesting is the ability to share only audio and provide ambient music without sharing a screen. The breakout room feature is much more developed than other solutions, allowing users to stay in the same meeting and move to different rooms and back to the main room. The sharing features are great for projecting people who should be in focus. Another valuable feature is the virtual entrance, which uses a username and password recognized by the Zoom system, showing the person's full name and ID. Additionally, the use of video and a good fixed background improves visibility compared to other applications. These features differentiate Zoom from others.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"The pros are that it's like a global leader. It has a translation project, which is very interesting and important for our users because the minority of them are not able to read and speak in English."
"The initial setup is easy."
"Zoom has become a straightforward solution and is valuable for various meeting types."
"Zoom helps you to share your screen and allows someone to take remote control during Zoom meetings. Compared with other platforms like Teams and Webex, it's on par."
"The most valuable feature is that it's free."
"Zoom is easy to use and easy to navigate."
"Zoom has helped me with collaboration and remote working."
"The sharing and recording, are the most valuable features of Zoom."
"The most valuable feature is how stable Zoom is. Compared to other collaboration tools, I haven't seen Zoom crash often. Zoom is also better in terms of security. From a usability perspective, a user's perspective, the overall experience of using Zoom is very good. It's a simple, fast, very seamless solution, and pretty lightweight."

Cons

"We have had some problems with stability. A week ago, we had outaging but it has stablized."
"Security is something Zoom lacks. If you're trying to get proprietary buy-in and enterprise buy-in, security is the top priority. And even though the user interface is simple, every solution could use a tune-up in that department."
"The time limitations for the free version should be increased from 40 minutes."
"Zoom could be more scalable."
"I think Zoom is not secure."
"The product's stability needs improvement."
"The security can be improved because this is one of the reasons that my organization prefers to use Skype."
"Zoom could improve by having more tools."
"The interface could be more user-friendly."
