Digital guidance has reduced support tickets and has improved onboarding and change adoption
WalkMe has helped us by reducing support tickets. If we have support tickets coming through about how to do a task in a system, we can reduce the time and cost for our support staff answering these tickets by addressing the queries with WalkMe content. WalkMe has positively impacted my organization by providing step-by-step tutorials using Smart Walk-Thrus, which offer contextual help using SmartTips and launcher buttons. It has saved us a lot of hours and dollars that we would have otherwise invested into creating training, coaching sessions, and many more. It has also provided support to users in their flow of work without burdening them to remember every feature from coaching sessions. Additionally, it has saved a lot of clicks for our users using automation and Auto-Steps in our tutorials, giving them productive hours back in their day and ensuring correct data from different systems by blocking or guiding users properly in critical forms. We have been able to save a lot of hours, ranging from three to four hours. Also, a lot of costs have been reduced, from thirty percent to twenty percent. We are able to show our stakeholders excellent, truthful analytics on how users are adopting the system quickly and easily using the built-in and customized reports available. There are also automated Smart Walk-Thrus for getting the job done faster, as well as chatbots for automating processes and filling in forms to save time and cost. WalkMe is a great tool to support digital transformation efforts at my organization or any organization, as it has reduced the training and learning time for both users and creators, and can also support onboarding.

Collaborative development has become more secure and efficient for our team
We have faced some issues with Windows OneDrive because if one developer has a folder in a common OneDrive folder, it took some time to show it to others. It becomes somewhat difficult to work, as there is latency on that, so if you update that, it will be more efficient and useful for the developers. My main focus on Windows 10 is the giving of regular updates, so it might take some time to update Windows, which is also mandatory. As a developer, when we are working with Windows 10, if it takes more time to update and restart the PC, it affects our efficiency at work. If we could stop the updates on a regular basis or if they were delivered faster, it would be easier. As a developer, the frequent updates are too annoying for working on it, so it would be better if we stop the frequent updates and only provide the most important ones. Performance issues over time due to background apps and programs piling up and using an SSD instead of a hard disk are also concerns.

Better than a tool, it would be recommended you had a solid plan for updates, and I can explain you the reason for my statement. I am a Malware Researcher and, as you know, the WannaCry has infected millions of systems around the world because the malware explores a vulnerability (SMB v1), which a patch was released in Mar/14/2017. Unfortunately, I know many companies that faced problems even...

We use a tool called HP SA. It requires an agent installed on the client side. HP SA can be setup to download all MS patches ever week when they are released by MS. Then via patching policy you can build and rollout out your own custom patch policy to each of your clients or groups of your clients. Windows 2012, windows 10, Rhel, CentOS, ESXi etc. I do agree change tools are important I would just base the need on the amount of money I need to speed to automate this process to an extent. Have you tired a WSUS server for some Microsoft patch remediation of Microsoft OS's. It's mostly for server but I do believe MS has docs out there to setup for desktops as well.

I don’t have idea for this tools, in our company we use WSUS (Windows Server Update Services) and SCCM to push updates into desktops. Best Regards Abderrahmane BRIEDJ
