What is our primary use case?
I mainly use Conga Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) to send contracts and agreements to customers for signature to get them accepted. After all one-to-one agreements and contracts are finalized on both business sides, we proceed with other processes.
For one of our customers, after we generate the document which includes all product and pricing details, we review those project and pricing details with the customer. After that, we create a contract that includes the terms and conditions, agreement details, and contract period. We send the document through email or through Conga Send to the end customer. After the customer reviews everything, if pricing changes or contract terms and conditions need updating, they revert back to us. We then make the necessary changes and send the updated document to the customer again.

For the signature process, when we send our documents or contracts and agreement documents, signatures should be present at both ends. After we sign from our company, the other business should also sign. Signatures are very important to get proof of the contract or agreement. The emails are sent to the customers with reminders, and all of these things happen automatically in CLM. This is very useful and the business moves very fast and rapidly.
The automation and digital signature feature in Conga Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) help my team's workflow by saving time because nowadays businesses are in multiple countries. Our business may be in one country and going to another business for a signature manually is a very risky and big process that takes a lot of time. Conga Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) is a very best tool to use for contracts and agreements. The improvement I would consider is that the UI should be improved, including the colors. This is a UI thing and not a performance issue. The UI can be improved because most people do not like that UI part.
From my point of view, Conga Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) has been very good thus far. An improvement could be that the package installation happens in the Salesforce ecosystem, which is dependent on the Salesforce ecosystem. On different Salesforce ecosystems, users need to use Salesforce as well. Since it is a different platform, they could potentially use their own platform for the licenses part and other things.
The only improvement I can mention regarding Conga Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) is the UI. However, regarding data, it handles a significant amount of data. Based on my project knowledge, it can handle bulk data as well. If the data is more, it may take some time to load. This is one of the improvements they could consider.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using this for four years where I have worked with many customers and businesses. The change from before using Conga Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) to after using it has been radical.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
Conga Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) is stable and can be used wherever you are. It works through the browser and is not an app. It can be used in the mobile app as well. It is stable as a cloud platform and is a tenant platform, so everyone can use it.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
Conga Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) has very good scalability. It is used by many customers with multiple users using it at the same time. The scalability is very good.
How are customer service and support?
Regarding customer support, whenever the customer has any doubts or is stuck, they will easily reach out to us through the support team. Everyone is there to help them. Customer support is easily available and very quick.
I would rate the customer support of Conga Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) a nine because it is very quick, and the response is resolved very quickly.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
In my experience over four years, the clients approached us because they were using manual processes like Excels and manual documents. They were not using any other solution other than manual work. After they approached us, we provided them the solution of Conga Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
What was our ROI?
I have seen a significant return on investment with Conga Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) as it saves so much money for businesses who were not using it before. They can use it and enjoy it by clicking on some buttons and having everything done in a few minutes. Regarding employees, before the manual process, a business could have used ten people to do all those processes, but after Conga Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) came into the picture, they can complete it with maybe five people in less time. The employee count will be reduced and the company can save money.

In our organizations, we are using Conga, Conga CPQ, and Conga Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM). We suggested them to use Conga Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) only. Other than Conga Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), I do not have any idea on other tools.
What other advice do I have?
I would advise others looking into using Conga Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) that it is a good tool that they can purchase because we have been using it for four years and I have come to know that it is the best tool for businesses to use.
Conga Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) is a great tool based on a cloud platform and is very useful to users who are working on contracts, agreements, and e-signatures processes. I would suggest it is a great tool to use because nowadays no one is going for a manual thing. There are many automation tools, and it is one of the best tools to use.
