The only drawback of Conga Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) is that it does not work for small-scale business areas because I have implemented it for one customer with four or five pages of templates and three to four record types.

The only issue was in X-Author 2.0 where there was a bug; whenever the agreement document was opened and we were already logged in to X-Author 2.0, it was automatically checking out that particular agreement document.

I have noticed there are very few help articles and knowledge-based documents available, making it a bit tricky for new users to onboard onto the platform.
