We chose HPE for its interoperability with non-Cisco equipment, interoperability with non HP equipment, and customizable, and a deep feature set that Cisco Prime just didn't have because it's focused on Cisco stuff only.
HPE Intelligent Management Center provides comprehensive functionality for infrastructure monitoring, especially useful for switches and servers. Its rapid response capability in critical situations and full network device backup feature are key advantages. Users benefit from its redeployment functions, although integration with other devices and additional modules need improvement. Performance issues like slow speed and limited online support, particularly with Fortinet Firewall links, are areas for enhancement.
