We use Huddle to store important team files. With a dispersed team, we set permissions on files that are relevant to each team. This helps us keep files up to date, as well as to streamline projects.

I think the navigation from project to project could be improved, but other than that, nothing I would add.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using Huddle since May 2016.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
We have not had any stability issues.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
We have not had any scalability issues.

I rate support 9 out of 10.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
We previously used Dropbox, but it wasn’t a good enterprise solution.
How was the initial setup?
Setup is straightforward. We added our members and files. It was an intuitive process.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
Test out the product with a few active users before getting licensing for the entire team.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
We did consider other options like Dropbox or Box, but Huddle was the best option.
What other advice do I have?
Actively use the free trial, even if it feels foreign. Eventually, the product becomes easier to use.
