Teams streamlines collaboration but Outlook experiences occasional slowness on Mac
Teams is a really good collaboration tool. You can work basically at any part of the world and communicate and collaborate with anybody, as long as they are connected to the internet. It helps with remote work, and although I don't work remotely, I have offices in Dubai and different geographical locations. It helps me connect with my colleagues and team who are not in the same geography as I am in Bangalore. Teams can facilitate team meetings, screen sharing, and organizing meetings.Regarding security, we have two-factor authentication governed by organizational policy. When trying to login to Office 365, Teams, or any Office 365 app, we are required to provide a password and use Microsoft Authenticator to sign in using a code. This is how two-factor authentication is implemented in our organization. Office 365 offers a suite of apps including OneNote, though I don't use it very often. In terms of integration with Microsoft ecosystem, it offers everything needed to get work done without any hassle.

Pros

"We use Huddle to store important team files, and with a dispersed team, we set permissions on files that are relevant to each team, helping us keep files up to date and streamline projects."
"One of the most valuable features of Office 365 is the collaboration capability; multiple employees can work on the same document at the same time, which enhances productivity."
"AI with Office 365 is useful for programming, and sometimes for reporting and creating emails, which is easier."
"The most valuable feature is Microsoft Exchange."
"There are no more server and hardware operational costs and downtime, updates, etc. for all the workloads available. Newer features and updates are available immediately. Can be managed from a single web interface. Cloud-based, so same experience for all users, regardless of location."
"Office 365 has many new features compared to previous versions, such as updated graphs and PowerPoint templates, and it is mostly updated automatically, reducing the need for manual updates."
"Quarantine email alerts to users to allow the email to their inbox (tricky but handy) - tricky if one doesn't have third-party email security, handy if one has got good third party email security)."
"The way the ERP presents information for the user is very good."
"The most innovative feature of Office 365 is the Power Apps, which allows us to automate literally everything that we want automated."

Cons

"I think the navigation from project to project could be improved, but other than that, nothing I would add."
"There are many issues with Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Exchange, making it difficult to identify positive aspects."
"The security should be improved."
"Integration between Outlook calendar and Google Calendar would be a good improvement since many of our team use Android phones and personal Gmail accounts as their main calendar application."
"In terms of improvements for Office 365, I don't think there is much that needs to be enhanced, but it might take some time to reload sometimes."
"The app is pretty slow on Android devices, even on Apple devices, so it is not very fast."
"Their support is so terrible and unusable except during dire emergencies."
"I have contacted CrowdStrike for support regarding the same incident, and my experience was pretty bad."
"I'd like to see them add more features in the future in order to continue to advance the product."
