The solution is very easy to use. While I, obviously, still require the support of the technical, delivery team, the POC is basically very quick.
What needs improvement?
The solution should come with language customization, which would simplify its use for our customers.
For how long have I used the solution?
We have been using Another Monday since around April.
We use the latest version.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
The solution is scalable. A single bank can go up to 300 processors.
How are customer service and technical support?
We lend 24/7 support.
How was the initial setup?
The initial setup is very quick, although I cannot state how long it lasted.
What about the implementation team?
The technical team required for deployment and maintenance varies with the number of processors we must implement. It can range from just two or three people to 10 or 15. It is based on the scale of the project.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
There is no licensing fee for our customers.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
We had considered monday.com and Monday RPA as a solution.
What other advice do I have?
I do not use the solution personally as I am not the end-user. It is merely one of the solutions that we offer to our customers. We act as consultants, solution providers.
We have around 60 customers who are using the solution.
I would, for sure, recommend the solution to others.
I consider the profile of the project to be quite good at the moment.
I rate Another Monday as a nine out of ten.
