It provides real-time threat updates and integrates with OS updates rapidly. Users rate tech support highly; however, integration with other tools could improve. Price and automation features need enhancement. Initial training for beginners is necessary, and reducing dependency on Jamf Pro or SIEM is advised. Expanding coverage beyond Macs, especially for iOS, is recommended.
