JIRA Portfolio Reviews

I'm a product manager, so I create entries covered for two products that are developed by the engineering team.

The status update function is the most valuable feature. 

The data query language needs improvement. 

I have been using JIRA Portfolio for ten years. 

Jira is a highly stable solution. I would rate the stability a nine out of ten. 

One thousand users are using the solution at present. 

The initial setup is straightforward. The integration with Slack is very good. 

Jira Portfolio is a powerful tool which is very reliable and stable. I highly recommend the solution. Overall, I would rate the solution a nine out of ten. 

This is an ITSA product. We use it to track business flow. The directors and managers assign tasks to us using Jira. It shows us where our customers are at and their status. I'm a solution architect and DevOps engineer.

The solution has improved our function level because we have a clear view of everything. 

This solution is easy to use with good analysis integration capabilities with other products. Jira has a wide range of functions. 

The solution currently lacks AWS integration and I'd like to see that included. 

We've been using this solution for two years. 

The solution is stable. 

This is a cloud solution so it's highly scalable.

The documentation is sufficient, we don't require any Jira support. 

This is a good solution and I recommend it with a rating of nine out of 10. 

We are currently testing this solution with our primary use case being to deal with certain types of projects such as Cascade and Agile, as well as others that involve moving to a ticketing service, basically everything related to project management. I'm a project office supervisor. We are users of Portfolio. 

I like this solution because it has many functionalities. I love the supervision and the workflows that we can use for making a flow inside Jira. I love too, that we can take control of GitHub as it relates to project flow. Portfolio provides a good service that gives control over ticketing and control over the versions of the product. It provides resource management related to our projects.

This solution requires some effort to insert functionalities from Tempo to the base of Jira. I think that could be simplified.

I've been using this solution for three months. 

This is a solid solution and very stable. 

Portfolio is very easy to scale. 

For enterprise companies the licensing cost is fine. Those companies don't have budgetary issues. It's mid to smaller-size organizations like us that find this tool very expensive.

If you have the budget, then Jira is the way to go.
