| Senior Network Engineer at a consultancy with 10,001+ employees | 4.0 | I've been using Juniper Mist Premium Analytics for over three years in Qatar, primarily for implementation and support. Its detailed user insights are valuable, though improvements in UI and data readability are needed. Meraki offers better usability but lacks granular details. |
| CTO at Redeswirelessbrasil | 3.5 | We manage our mission environment using Juniper Mist Premium Analytics. The single dashboard is particularly valuable, although technical support could be improved. We haven't considered other solutions, and no specific deployment or cloud provider is mentioned. |
| Senior Technical Consultant at Black Box Network Services | 4.0 | We use Juniper Mist Premium Analytics for warehouse management and troubleshooting across our network, finding these features valuable. However, the Wi-Fi side needs improvement due to interface issues and coverage inaccuracies, particularly in warehouse environments. |

We use the solution as a warehouse and service provider.
We focus on management, while the other delves into understanding endpoint issues and their solutions. It provides an add-on value to the solution. We've made improvements in terms of both the number of users and the frequency range.
The two most valuable features of the solution are management and troubleshooting. We can manage the entire system across the network and troubleshoot the pain points.
The Wi-Fi side needs improvement. In most warehouse environments, there are shortfalls in such conditions. We often face interface issues and coverage problems in such scenarios. While the coverage is present, it's not accurately reflected in the analytics. There should be zero manual interface. Currently, you need to plug in and then it's plug-and-play.
I have been using Juniper Mist Premium Analytics for four years. It is a cloud-based solution.

The initial setup is straightforward. It's based on user requirements. We also conduct heat mapping using a couple of tools. The only requirement is to understand the technical or configuration aspects from the user's end and then configure it. Mist takes no more than 15 to 20 minutes for a particular deployment.
You need to understand the end user's environment and have a concrete plan on whether it's a greenfield installation or an existing one, considering the density and height. Based on that, we need to develop a passive heat map. Then, you need to discuss with the user to understand exactly what needs to be configured and what they require in their environment. Based on that, you can proceed with the installation. Additionally, you can perform post-installation heat mapping to ensure it matches the earlier heat map.
I rate the initial setup an eight out of ten, where one is difficult, and ten is easy.
The product is not expensive.
I rate the product’s pricing a seven out of ten, where one is cheap and ten is expensive.
We can easily comprehend the total number of zones to be deployed to understand the service provider. Additionally, we can access apps which are functioning optimally and identify any pain points. We can determine how to allocate bandwidth and when addressing these aspects.
Overall, I rate the solution an eight out of ten.
