What we've done with the RTI client is that we've brought it into a bit more of a 21st-century feel. Our agents have the ability to move around when they want, click into stuff. They use it according to how their conversations go with the customer.
NICE Robotic Automation offers both attended and unattended automation out-of-the-box, with a feature library for process modularization. Its licensing model is role-specific, suitable for programming professionals. While it provides easy deployment, issues during upgrades can occur. It lacks enterprise features and has unreliable connectivity with other applications, posing challenges for integration. User-initiated licensing and limited online solutions hinder its suitability for enterprise deployment and complicate troubleshooting efforts.
