Red Hat support is very good; their response regarding SLAs has improved significantly in India, and I have no complaints about the support I continue to receive.
Red Hat Lightspeed excels with simplicity and effective support, enabling reliable application deployment with robust lifecycle management that enhances compliance. Built-in monitoring tools offer deep insights while Red Hat Insights proactively detects vulnerabilities. However, improvements are needed in the cockpit server and GUI control. Despite a steep learning curve and complex features, it requires advancements in Satellite's infrastructure and security compliance for better enterprise usability.
