Seeq has positively impacted my organization, and I can share a specific outcome where we have found a new metric on an important piece of equipment to raise the flag when it is underperforming.

Prior to switching, the same amount of work that takes three to four hours on Seeq would have taken a day or two on PI Vision, representing significant manpower reduction, with one person able to oversee fifty to sixty assets at once, compared to needing four or five people for the same job with other tools.

I appreciate the question on how Seeq can be improved. The first thing is their graphical user interface. They invest so much in their backbone, but without a good dashboard or visualization tool, it feels insufficient.

I believe Seeq can be improved because report rollouts on similar pieces of equipment can be challenging.

Sometimes the software would be a bit slow to respond, and that may be because there were too many users at once.

However, the downsides are that it still requires a certain level of expertise to use the tools effectively, and it seems to be built for someone more devoted to the applications.

I think Seeq could improve by including a section that has SQL-type visualizations to visualize tables of data and not reference them to the timestamp, as that has caused us some problems at times.

Within the organization structure and sometimes when trying to replicate existing worksheets and organizer topics from one Seeq system to another, there is no import or export feature of those tools.
