The most valuable features of Symantec Endpoint Security Enterprise are the proactive threat protection and the normal spyware protection which they offer in addition to catching standard threats. It all works well for us even without an EDR.
Symantec Endpoint Security Enterprise excels in proactive threat protection with features like anti-malware, intrusion prevention, and firewall management. It offers easy integration and scalability but requires enhancements in stability and browser protection. Despite lacking cloud security integration with platforms like Microsoft Azure, its customer service is reliable. However, improvements are needed in firewall control and notification coverage. Symantec's Endpoint Detection Response is sold separately, unlike competitor offerings.
