Visual Paradigm is a stable tool for efficient design, supporting UML and engineering diagrams, process modeling, and collaborative version control. It's user-friendly for business documentation but requires a high-performance computer due to its heavy memory and CPU usage. Although setup is straightforward, learning and transitioning to other tools can be difficult, with data loss risks. Additionally, lower-priced licenses limit features and SQL Server connectivity issues may occur.
