We started working with Xtended ZeroTrust Security Platform at the beginning of COVID. We have been using it for around four years. Our use case includes deploying it in our data center in Turkey to comply with government regulations and creating a private SaaS for customers.

How has it helped my organization?
The idea behind ZeroTrust is to significantly reduce security operations within your company. It helps in reducing hidden costs associated with these operations. Using ZeroTrust solutions also reduces the security surface, which is very important. During the COVID period, companies using this solution were able to reduce their employees as the platform minimized the need for an extensive security team.
What is most valuable?
One appealing aspect of Xtended ZeroTrust is its WebSocket site and a new kind of VPN solution. Due to COVID, many employees work from home, requiring a secure VPN solution. Most of the ZeroTrust platforms integrate VPN and serve as a web proxy, securing the VPN site.
What needs improvement?
Xtended ZeroTrust should consider improvements in technical support and pricing. It is tricky to get a clear answer because the solution is quite new, and my perspective is from a partner’s side. For more tailored feedback, input directly from customers would be beneficial.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?
I would rate the stability of Xtended ZeroTrust between seven and eight out of ten. The product is developed using new technologies and ideas that differ from traditional models, so it sometimes faces unique challenges. However, it aims to bring all security operations under one solution, which makes it significant and still robust.
How are customer service and support?
The customer service experience depends on the vendor. We primarily work with Zscaler, and their support is excellent, similar to Dynamics. I would rate their support between eight to nine out of ten.

The initial setup of the Xtended ZeroTrust Security Platform can be straightforward. Most of the features required by a company typically take one or two days to deploy.

The use of ZeroTrust has allowed companies to significantly reduce their operations and hidden costs by consolidating multiple security steps into one solution.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
When evaluating the cost, customers often have complaints about pricing. From a broader perspective, the price is justified because using ZeroTrust eliminates the need for multiple security devices and their associated costs. The platform integrates various security functions into one solution, offering cost savings in the long term.
