The feature that's most valuable for me is definitely the ease of use. It can be used by a non-technical user as it's basically drag-and-drop in providing reports and analytics for our IT and management teams.
Valuable Features
Improvements to My Organization
It’s a real-time dashboard so that people can go in at any time and see where anything is, and can manipulate reports individually just for their own view.
Room for Improvement
Since there are so many options and capabilities for Xtraction reporting, perhaps the documentation could be a bit more robust with more examples.
Deployment Issues
There's no issue with deploying it.
Stability Issues
It's a very stable product, and we've had no issues with it.
Scalability Issues
It’s a web-based product, so scalability is not so relevant.
Customer Service and Technical Support
I haven't had to use technical support.
Initial Setup
I wasn't involved in the setup, so I can't comment on whether it was straightforward or complex.
Other Advice
My only piece of advice would be to just plan your reporting ahead of time, but it is pretty adaptable if you change your mind.
