It's a fast solution.
What needs improvement?
It's not a good solution for collaboration. We're using it because of the price. It's not very strong or comparable with Office 365.
An additional feature I would like to see is the ability to connect from different devices.
Zimbra could be more user-friendly and deploy security rules. The integration with Outlook could be better to share agendas.

Setup is complex. We cannot implement some rules for security. Deployment took three to six months.

My advice is to understand what you need in Zimbra and compare it to solutions like Office 365.
