There can be a use case in Zoho One where you want to automatically create an invoice in Zoho Books upon creating a sales order in Zoho CRM. You can put a custom trigger; instead of creating a sales order, you could create an invoice or bill when you are creating a purchase order. That is a possibility that I have worked with. You can create custom applications based on your specific requirements, as well as custom reports based on your specific requirements using Zoho Analytics. From any of the Zoho One applications, you can create reports in Zoho Analytics from the data of any of the applications. You can create a specified, specific UI according to your own preferences in Zoho Creator, and even in Zoho CRM's Canvas view, you can create a specific UI that you want your team or users to see.
What is our primary use case?
What is most valuable?
The most valuable feature in Zoho One is integration. You can either use custom integration using Deluge script, or there is another tool called Zoho Flow, which is similar to Zapier, where you can use it to integrate different applications. You can create webhooks, and you can use different methods to integrate all different things. Integration capability is the field where Zoho One is used mostly.
Zoho One uses Zoho Analytics, which is among the top tools in the market for analytics, reporting, and dashboards. When you are using one of the top tools in the market for analytics and have its integration available, you can integrate with any of the Zoho One applications, which includes more than 45 applications, including CRM and Books. This provides you with high analytics capabilities, allowing you to create a report for anything, from anywhere, for any process.
What needs improvement?
The only area in Zoho One that can be improved is the support. Other than that, there are no limitations in Zoho One. There's nothing holding you back. If we can get better support, then it will be at the top; no one can even approach Zoho.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been working with the Zoho ecosystem for three years now, which includes Zoho One. Zoho CRM and Creator both are part of Zoho One.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
Zoho One is highly stable. Most of my clients value stability, which is the reason they came to Zoho.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
I haven't come across anything that is more scalable than Zoho One.
How are customer service and support?
The directory or the centralized user management in Zoho One is a really helpful feature that simplifies user management. If you are an admin, that makes your life a whole lot easier.
How would you rate customer service and support?
Neutral
What other advice do I have?
Most of Zoho One customers are people that have different tools, such as one for mass email sending, a second one for lead management in CRM, and a third one for social media management in Zoho Social. They want all of these tools to communicate and integrate effectively, which is why Zoho is top of the market for that. There is no other company that offers so many different tools for all different processes and specialized tools.
Their tools are specialized in their own domain; Zoho Social is top-notch, Zoho CRM is also a competitive tool in the market, and so is Zoho Books. When you have the option to integrate them, no other company offers that. I think other than Zoho, there are very few players that offer integration with such types of tools.
Zoho One is not a standalone product; it is a bundle of different Zoho applications, such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and Zoho Creator, encompassing more than 45 applications. All these applications are specialized in their domains, with Zoho CRM being top-notch. Each application has its own automation capabilities, and when you integrate these things, you get an ultimate automation experience with unlimited possibilities of automating everyday tasks in Zoho One.
Zoho One is fully customizable. In Zoho One, you get more than 45 applications, which include inventory management, accounting management, and CRM, as well as Zoho Creator, which allows you to create custom applications. There is nothing holding you back for automation or customization. If in the future you want to create a separate team for accounting in a manufacturing firm, you can do that in Zoho CRM. If you want to create a separate team for IT in the future, you can do that in Zoho One. If you want to create your own store, you can use Zoho Inventory for that. There is no process that hasn't been included in Zoho One. It's a whole system; Zoho itself markets it as an operating system for businesses. In Zoho One, every process of any company can be included, either today or in the future.
On a scale of 1-10, I rate Zoho One a 9.
