My main use case for iCIMS Recruit is creating job requisitions, disposing of candidates, and hiring them for jobs while moving them throughout the recruiting process. A specific example of how I use iCIMS Recruit in my day-to-day work is that I typically move candidates through the phone screen round if I think their background is a good fit for a role. After the call, I send my notes to the hiring manager through iCIMS. If he or she wants to move forward, I schedule them via iCIMS for the next interview. If that goes well, I schedule them for the hiring team interview, and then any other interview such as case studies depending on the role. I also use iCIMS Recruit to move candidates to the offer stage and conduct their background check.

My main use case for iCIMS Recruit is for recruitment and onboarding. I primarily use it for recruiting candidates, sending them invitations, setting up interviews, and adding them to Dayforce. A specific example of how I used iCIMS Recruit for recruiting and onboarding is that we screen the candidates who apply through iCIMS Recruit, and then once they are screened, we move them to a bin where they would be eligible for an interview. Once the interview is completed, we move them to Dayforce from the system once they are selected.

My main use case for iCIMS Recruit is sourcing and recruiting for all levels of professionals. I used iCIMS Recruit for all levels at my previous company, Aspen Dental, where we hired dentists including endodontists and oral surgeons. We used it for sourcing, creating job requisitions, developing workflows, setting up call logs, and for everything that we could accomplish with the system.
My primary use case for iCIMS Recruit includes candidate tracking, job requisition management, workflow management, candidate filtering, interview management, offer management, and onboarding. I use iCIMS Recruit for reporting analytics and the applicant tracking system to get candidates in the talent acquisition platform, particularly for an organization hiring at scale and needing configurability, integrations, and reporting. This represents quite an extensive use for primarily recruiting purposes.

My main use case for iCIMS Recruit is candidate management, which I relied on most when I hired for my team and needed to screen potential candidates. We are using iCIMS Recruit for our talent acquisition process. When I had job openings on my team, I used it together with my talent acquisition specialist to open the job internally and later externally, to optimize the job description, and then to filter possible candidates. I provided feedback before and after interviews were conducted, placed an offer for the final candidate, and managed all of that process until we decided to hire the right fit.

My main use case for iCIMS Recruit is setting up interviews, sourcing candidates, sending out offer letters, and rejection letters. I can provide a specific example of how I used iCIMS Recruit for one of those tasks by creating a pipeline, sending out applications, creating assessments, building a pipeline, and pulling candidates from that pipeline.
I have been using iCIMS Recruit for over five years. I utilize iCIMS Recruit for onboarding processes and the recruitment processes to attract the best talent in the industry. I post the positions available and then oversee the system to evaluate the candidate experience and review all the applications that come through for each position, outline the specifications for the requirements of each role, and conduct the onboarding process in order to hire the talent in a timely fashion.
I was part of the recruiting team and we used iCIMS Recruit primarily for applicant viewing. Whenever an applicant applied to a role, the application landed in our iCIMS Recruit account. I would go to a specific role and then look at the candidate applications. There were a bunch of filters I used at that time. Typically, the ones that met our requirements would move forward to our internal applicant tracking system. The ones that did not would get rejected through iCIMS Recruit. This was primarily the reason why we used iCIMS Recruit in our workflow.

My main use case for iCIMS Recruit is as an applicant tracking system where I review candidates, disposition candidates, and set up candidate screening, which may be virtual or in person. I create offer letters in iCIMS Recruit, create bonus forms, create text message responses, create Calendly messages, and fully utilize it as an ATS system. iCIMS Recruit is a user-friendly applicant tracking system overall. When integrated correctly within an organization, recruiters find it intuitive and easy to pick up. It allows them to maintain record-keeping for candidates through every step of the process. I recommend its usage on a recruiting team. In my everyday usage, I use it solely in the recruitment process all the way to the offer stage and even to the endpoint of sending the background check form through iCIMS Recruit.
