LeadSquared can be improved in terms of UI and UX. If the recent update had a simpler interface, it would be more useful for us, as we currently struggle to track how the filters work properly.

LeadSquared can improve by enhancing its dashboards to be more creative, as the current look is very simple and not visually appealing. I suggest introducing colors to make the dashboard more user-friendly, helping users remember information quickly since people often prefer colors over words. In terms of LeadSquared's AI capabilities, I think it is working well, and I have heard some reviews from friends who are using it; it seems fine as it is, but I believe updates should be provided monthly rather than weekly since frequent updates can interfere with the work process. It is better to schedule updates every fifteen or twenty days or once a month with new features.
With LeadSquared, one thing we can improve is the lead utilization percentage. Once a lead enters the system, an inbound lead email can be triggered to the user showing how many leads are being generated. If a lead is not getting called, we have the option to see how many leads are marked for follow-up but have not been called. LeadSquared helps a lot in optimizing and utilizing leads. Once the optimization and utilization of leads improve, the conversion rate definitely improves as well. Currently, we use a third party for calling, and if LeadSquared had an inbuilt third-party integration such as Ameyo or Exotel for calling, or if LeadSquared improved the calling mechanism within the platform itself instead of relying on a third party, that would be an improvement. Additionally, for WhatsApp Business, they do not have much support right now. If LeadSquared started offering IVR directly from the platform so we could send IVR messages or a WhatsApp Business drip campaign from LeadSquared, it would help a lot. These two features could be added.
LeadSquared can be improved on various parameters. The platform should onboard various other vendors, such as a voice bot, which is a crucial requirement in the current market. LeadSquared is currently in the development phase of a voice bot, which is essential for connecting with prospective leads in a short duration. Improving the Converse feature, which is currently complex, will impact costing; however, if Converse is implemented, there would be no need to associate with other life or chatbots. Converse would suffice the requirement for voice and chatbots, and the voice AI could also replace the voice bot currently sought in the market. Regarding reporting, it has become easier with the new UI platform, but the reporting section can still be improved by providing an easier view for the analytics section. The current setup is slightly complex for a normal sales user to access and understand reports pulled from LeadSquared. The analytics section needs improvement, and there are filters that also require work. Triggering the number of leads that have not been connected after multiple dialing attempts requires multiple combinations through advanced filter options to pull out that data, which is complex for sales users. Certain tabs based on customer requirements and customization should become more accessible for the calling team to help them achieve connected call goals.
LeadSquared can be improved by increasing automation slightly. The UI part can be enhanced to make it better, similar to Zoho or Bitrix, to create a perfect UI.
There may be some features regarding holidays which are missing in the product that could be added in the future. It would be great if they could improve the manipulation of the planning. The solution can get quite expensive, especially as you add more users.
The notifications and workflow management can be improved in LeadSquared. In a future release, LeadSquared can improve by adding a few AI and ML capabilities to allow the queries to be answered automatically without any manual intervention.
