What is our primary use case?
So far, I've automated three processes using MTech: processing bulk sales orders, labeling products, and warming the cache of our web pages, saving hundreds of hours a year. All three problems were different, and I didn't even have a general idea of how I wanted to execute them, but MTech quickly made a blueprint, went through each detail with me the same day, and within a month, the process was automated.
MTech was also fully available during the testing phase, and any extra features or bug fixes were often rolled out the next day.
How has it helped my organization?
All together, it's saved us hundreds of hours a year.
What is most valuable?
The communication and availability of MTech were more valuable than any feature I could list. I've been consistently impressed these past three years, where even trivial questions get answered promptly.
It always feels like I have their full attention, and I've not found that with any other company.
What needs improvement?
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using it for three years.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
I used other vendors previously, and while I was generally happy with the service, I quickly dropped them when I started working with MTech.
I wanted to automate my sales order processing, and after a couple of hours talking to them, they fully understood the process, from why it's done to how it's done, which other vendors weren't interested in.
This made a massive difference in the long term, as there have been no costly assumptions that go on to become design decisions that later need to be changed.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
MTech were quite understanding of my budget and would regularly find lower-cost work-arounds to features I needed but were out of scope of the budget.
If you have reservations about cost, just ask; they're quite accommodating.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
As my product was bespoke, there were no other options.
However, other vendors, agents, or companies that I worked with didn't compare with MTech's overall attitude towards me and my projects.
