What needs improvement?
There's nothing wrong with the solution that we can see. However, maybe they could improve slightly by incorporating decentralized identity blockchain models into their solution. They do the biometrics; they do all the support of the different hardware and form factors and all of that. It might be interesting to maybe put their research funding into decentralized identity and how they can incorporate it within this solution.

I've been working with the solution for six or seven years at this point. I've been using it since around 2014.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
The solution is stable. It doesn't crash or freeze. there are no bigs of glitches. It's reliable.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
The solution is lightweight and sold for scalability. A company can easily expand it if they need to. It's not a problem.
That said, it does depend on your choice of deployment.
How are customer service and technical support?
Technical support has been quite good so far with this solution. They are helpful and responsive. We're quite satisfied with the level of service they provide.

The initial setup is not complex. It's pretty simple. It's quite a straightforward process overall. A company should have no trouble with the initial setup.

The pricing is negotiated company by company. I can't speak to exact costs. It can vary.

We've dealt with the solution for a long time. We've seen how they developed as a startup, and how they've matured over time. They're actually quite advanced and they are sometimes cutting edge compared to other competitors.
I'd recommend the solution. They do things very differently. They're very advanced and they're standards-based. They basically have got a very good vision in terms of how they do strong authentication. Other companies are actually following suit and following what they've done to support standards. They're quite advanced and simple to use, with a good support model. They have the edge compared to other solution providers.
In general, I would rate the solution at an eight out of ten.
