| Channel Director at a comms service provider with 11-50 employees | 3.5 | I use Avaya Spaces for meetings with Avaya and partners, valuing its presentation sharing feature. While it excels in video calls and file sharing, integration with other software could improve. Zoom is easier for non-technical users, but Avaya suits tech-savvy ones. |
| Information Technology Division Director at Ethiopian Roads Administration | 4.0 | We use Avaya Spaces for document sharing, video conferencing, instant messaging, and file sharing. While the cost-effective solution enhances collaboration, the audio calling service requires quality improvements. We did not consider other alternatives or specific cloud providers for deployment. |
| Account Manager at Dacas | 4.5 | I use Avaya Spaces for private meetings, appreciating its effective microphone noise cancellation and notifications. It's convenient on mobile, but I wish for similar PC availability and timely updates on promised features. No other solutions were considered. |
Most of the time, I use Avaya Spaces to hold meetings with Avaya and with partners, which fulfills our collaboration needs.
We can share presentations in meetings and in groups so that I can update the information after the meeting, and this is the most useful function that we use Avaya Spaces for.
The functions are sufficient for me because most of the time I use it for video calls, sharing files, and updating meeting minutes.
I don't have experience with how Avaya Spaces handles integration with other software tools, but perhaps my partners have experience regarding integration with different vendors.
If Avaya can integrate Spaces with other media solutions, such as WhatsApp or WeChat, it will be more friendly and useful for customers or partners.
I have been working with Avaya Spaces for around 4 or 5 years now, which has given me significant experience with the platform.
Stability for Avaya Spaces is quite good, and I would rate it a 9.
I haven't experienced using very large scales because I only use it for a few users together, but I think it's good. I would rate it a nine for scalability based on my experience.
I don't have experience raising technical support about this, but their response is good, though sometimes it may need more time to identify questions from users.
Positive
Users who are not technically proficient might prefer to use Zoom, as it is easier for them to navigate.
Users who have technical know-how will use Avaya Spaces, as it is much better for those who are familiar with technology.
The initial setup for Avaya Spaces is very good for me, but for sharing with other users, the setup is a little bit complex compared to other solutions I have used, such as Zoom or Teams, as the installation is more complex.
I can share my opinion about Avaya Spaces and recommend it for small or medium company users, as most of them are small users.
I am currently working with Azure for our cloud needs.
Overall, I would give Avaya Spaces a rating of 7 out of 10.
We use the solution for document sharing, video conferencing, instant messaging, and file sharing.
The audio calling service needs to improve its quality.
I have been using the product for three years.
Avaya Spaces is very stable. I rate it an eight out of ten.
The solution is scalable, and my company has 1000 users.
Avaya Spaces' deployment is straightforward.
The solution can be deployed in-house.
The solution offers us an advantage in terms of cost and collaboration.
I wouldn't recommend Avaya Spaces for complex projects. I rate it an eight out of ten.

We use it to conduct meetings because it is private.
The microphone's noise cancellation and static feature that record a human's voice are some of the most valuable features. The application also provides notices to everyone at the same time. You can easily use it on your phone, so it's a very nice service.
It should be available on a PC in a similar manner. There were some additional features coming up, as they informed us through email. But we didn't get any update on them.
The stability of the solution depends on the Internet connection.
It is a scalable solution. You buy one license and create multiple meetings based on the same license. You can delegate the administration to a new person who can have a meeting under the same license.
The initial setup is straightforward. The username or password can be put on Google Chrome by accessing the link.
The license grants you a subscription and costs about $120. I am not aware of additional costs.
I rate the overall solution a nine out of ten.
