| Company Advisor | 5.0 | I've used Bitdefender GravityZone XDR for three years, finding it stable, scalable, and time-saving with strong automated responses, though reporting could improve; it's competitively priced and easy to deploy, making both us and our clients happy. |
| Technical Director at CINETIC IT | 4.0 | I use Bitdefender GravityZone XDR with my clients for its strong SOC integration, good interface, and stability, though detection and response could improve, and adding a cloud console would enhance usability. |
| System Delivery Manager at City Club | 3.5 | I use Bitdefender GravityZone XDR for security reporting and risk management. Its quarantine and mail security features are impressive, though I'd prefer automatic cloud-based fixes. I switched from Kaspersky and currently use Microsoft Azure for deployment. |
| MSP Partner Manager at a computer software company with 51-200 employees | 4.5 | I managed the Ivanti product line at a distributor and found Bitdefender GravityZone XDR to have excellent threat detection and scalability. Installation is easy, but some users noted issues with removing existing software like Sophos and desired additional features. |
| Senior Operator at Egyptian Projects Operation and Maintenance (EPROM) | 4.5 | I find Bitdefender GravityZone XDR easy to use, especially with its effective Ransomware Activity and AI features. While it lacks some management capabilities compared to Kaspersky, its simple GUI led to our switch despite preferring Kaspersky's management features. |
| Regional Manager at Informa Solutions Pte Ltd | 3.0 | I find Bitdefender GravityZone Ultra Plus a good, averagely priced solution for mid-level markets (up to 250 users) with easy setup and support. However, its EDR features feel amateur compared to enterprise rivals like SentinelOne, which I'd prefer. |
| Systems Engineer at a tech services company with 11-50 employees | 3.5 | Bitdefender GravityZone Ultra Plus effectively protects our computers from viruses and offers global security without political restrictions. While solid, incorporating Data Loss Prevention would enhance its protection. Its competitive pricing and excellent customer support distinguish it from alternatives like Kaspersky. |
| Gerente General at a computer software company with 51-200 employees | 4.5 | I have used Bitdefender GravityZone Ultra Plus for six years for network threat protection. It's highly stable, scalable, and has simple setup with excellent support. Its reasonable price could be better, but I rate it nine out of ten. |
Our customers typically use Bitdefender GravityZone Extended Detection and Response (XDR) primarily as an antivirus solution, and we're using it for antivirus on all of our clients.
As a reseller, I find that I can set up policies that I can then cascade to my clients so that we have a well-maintained standard across all clients. This feature is very useful for us. All of the features that are built into Bitdefender GravityZone Extended Detection and Response (XDR) are quite good, and we're quite happy with it.
The automated response capabilities of Bitdefender GravityZone Extended Detection and Response (XDR) are very useful and probably one of the strongest parts of the product. I find it so useful because it's automatic and there's no user intervention required. We don't need to log in and manually do things ourselves. Because it's automatic, it saves us a lot of time, and you can sleep well at night knowing that things are protected.
I find the analytics dashboards of Bitdefender GravityZone Extended Detection and Response (XDR) quite useful. They are nice in that we can see an overview very quickly and drill down into specific issues or specific clients. The dashboards are quite good, though it would be nice if we had the same with automated reports. It would be much more useful for us to have that via email or having a report.
Reporting in Bitdefender GravityZone Extended Detection and Response (XDR) could be improved. It has some reporting in it, but it's a little cumbersome to work with, so the reporting that is there could be improved.

The only downside that we find is that the product is a little bit slow.
I have been working with Bitdefender GravityZone Extended Detection and Response (XDR) for about three years now.
Bitdefender GravityZone Extended Detection and Response (XDR) has been 100% stable so far. The only reliability issue we've had is when we're installing it and a client doesn't have enough licenses.
Bitdefender GravityZone Extended Detection and Response (XDR) has been scalable for us. We have used it on various sized client bases from small to large, and it scales exactly the same. The performance of it is a little bit slow, but it's the same speed whether it's for a small client or a large client.
I communicate with the technical support of Bitdefender very rarely, as I haven't really had the need to.
My experience with their technical support has been quite good. Locally where we are, we're quite happy with how fast it is. We've done some training for our clients through the local Bitdefender representatives here, and that's gone very smoothly. We've been very happy with how that works. I have nothing bad to say about their service; it's quite good and generally quite fast.
Positive
We moved from Sophos antivirus to Bitdefender GravityZone Extended Detection and Response (XDR), and ever since then, we've been very happy with the product. The pricing is very competitive compared to Sophos and probably one of the cheapest on the market with all the full features. When you look at it in the Magic Quadrant from Gartner, they're up there with the top contenders. We're quite happy with where it's placed and the price that we pay, and our customers are quite happy with that as well.
We decided to switch from Sophos because they changed their pricing and offerings, moving everything to the cloud. When that happened, we decided to look at what other options were available as a cloud service. What was also important for us was where they were placed in the Gartner Magic Quadrant. When we were evaluating what was there, Sophos was part of it, but they were just too expensive. Their prices were three times more than what we could get with Bitdefender. None of our clients were willing to pay that price, so we had to make a change to Bitdefender or to another product.
I participated in the initial setup and deployment of Bitdefender GravityZone Extended Detection and Response (XDR).
We spent maybe two hours on training, and then the deployment for our clients who subscribed to it wasn't that difficult at all. It was quite straightforward, quick and easy. We were able to automate the installations, so whenever there's a new PC added to the network, we were able to automate that. It was very smooth, very quick and very smooth.
Other than time efficiency, it all comes down to how much time Bitdefender GravityZone Extended Detection and Response (XDR) saves us. If we have to spend hours configuring a product and looking after it, then it becomes an expensive product to maintain. If we have a product that we can set and forget, and we have policies in place that we can also set and forget, then it saves a ton of time for us. As long as the product does what it's supposed to do, which is to protect the clients, it saves us time from having to fix issues that are related to viruses or ransomware. It does its job very well.
The pricing and licensing of Bitdefender GravityZone Extended Detection and Response (XDR) is reasonable. I would give technical support a nine out of ten. Everyone has room to improve.
We don't integrate Bitdefender GravityZone Extended Detection and Response (XDR) with anything. My overall rating for this product is ten out of ten.
I work as a reseller for Bitdefender GravityZone Extended Detection and Response (XDR). My clients are using the Endpoint Risk Analytics feature. I use Bitdefender GravityZone Extended Detection and Response (XDR) with some customers.
The best features in the product, as a reseller, are the integrated SOC. Integration with a SOC is one of the advantages. My clients are using the Endpoint Risk Analytics feature.
The interface is good, installation is good, and console management is good.
Quarantine and isolation are good aspects of this feature.
Detection and response is a disadvantage that could be improved. It could be improved by the technical teams of Bitdefender GravityZone Extended Detection and Response (XDR).
I think the detection and response could be better because the technical team operates detection and response, which is automatic and included in the price.
Cloud console could be added as a feature. There is currently no cloud console. They could add this on-premise console to Bitdefender GravityZone Extended Detection and Response (XDR).
I have been using Bitdefender GravityZone Extended Detection and Response (XDR) for one year.
Installation of Bitdefender GravityZone Extended Detection and Response (XDR) is not difficult. It is easy to install.
I would give it a 10 for stability. I would rate stability a 10.
I think Bitdefender GravityZone Extended Detection and Response (XDR) is scalable. I would give it a 10, very scalable.
I would give Bitdefender GravityZone Extended Detection and Response (XDR) technical support a rating of nine. It's good.
Positive
I use Bitdefender GravityZone Extended Detection and Response (XDR) and Trend. I work with Bitdefender GravityZone Extended Detection and Response (XDR).
I sell only Bitdefender GravityZone Extended Detection and Response (XDR) for XDR, nothing else.
I think there are 50% savings.
It's a good price for the solution and for the customer.
I don't know if I am using these products today or if I work with Microsoft or Trellix, or some similar vendors.
I'm not technical, so I don't know if there is anything for automation. I don't know if there are any automation features.
There is no problem with this tool, so I give it eight out of ten points.
I don't know what can be done to improve; I don't use these tools. The technical teams of Cinetics use these tools.
There is no problem for Bitdefender GravityZone Extended Detection and Response (XDR) to reach me via email to confirm something. I want to be a reference for Bitdefender GravityZone Extended Detection and Response (XDR).
Positive

I used to be the vendor manager for Ivanti with the distributor I worked at. We were a distributor, and I was an employee looking after the Ivanti product line.
The solution has best-in-breed technology and scores very highly on efficacy rates. The threat detection rates are exceptionally good, better than most of the competition. The solution is highly respected in the industry. The product is very scalable, and the installation is reported to be extremely easy, even for those without great technical capabilities.
Some customers would like additional features that aren't available through the current GravityZone platform. Some feedback has been about the deletion of other software not going smoothly during the installation of Bitdefender, particularly the removal of previous software like Sophos.
GravityZone is very stable. I would rate it a ten out of ten.
The solution is very scalable as a product.
The feedback I've had from partners says it's extremely easy. I've had people installing it who don't have great technical capabilities, but they've managed to do it.
Having AI features that teach themselves to find threats, similar to Deep Instinct, might be beneficial in the future. I am an MSP partner manager now.
I would rate the overall solution as ten out of ten.

Bitdefender GravityZone Ultra Plus is an endpoint solution.
The product is easy to use. The Ransomware Activity page is most effective against advanced threats. It is very helpful. It is a strong antimalware product. The Risk Analytics component enhances our security posture a lot. The AI features are very good.
The solution must improve its management features. They are not as good as Kaspersky's. Kaspersky provides remote desktop connection features, but Bitdefender doesn’t. I manage it remotely using SCCM. It would be better if it were all in one console.
I have been using the solution for about three years.
The product is very stable.
The technical support is good. It is as good as Kaspersky’s technical support. I rate the technical support an eight or nine out of ten.
Positive
We used Kaspersky for four years. I like Kaspersky more than Bitdefender GravityZone. Kaspersky helps manage everything on the client computers. It is easier to find files easily using Kaspersky. It is easier to manage things with Kaspersky. However, Bitdefender GravityZone is easier to use. The GUI is more simple. Kaspersky‘s GUI is more difficult, so we switched to Bitdefender GravityZone.
The implementation and configuration are not as simple as that of Kaspersky. The most difficult part is that Bitdefender GravityZone is based on Linux. I'm not familiar with Linux. I work only with Windows. The deployment takes about one day. After the implementation, I downloaded and deployed the tool to all our customers.
My company installed and configured the solution with the help of the support team.
My organization wanted to purchase Trend Micro, but it was difficult to manage. It has many consoles.
I recommend the tool to others. Overall, I rate the solution a nine out of ten.

Bitdefender GravityZone Ultra Plus is very similar to SentinelOne, for example, it protects against malware and other threats, but SentinelOne is for the enterprise market, while Bitdefender GravityZone Ultra Plus is used for the mid-level market.
I find Bitdefender GravityZone Ultra Plus to be a pretty good solution for the mid-level market, specifically for organizations with up to two hundred and fifty users. I like that it is an averagely priced solution. It also has a straightforward installation that can be completed within three to five minutes. Its technical support is also good enough.
At the moment, I haven't found any issues with Bitdefender GravityZone Ultra Plus, because the customer base is not very high, so I didn't find anything yet. The company I'm in is also providing EMC, as the security settings are done based on customer requirements, so right now, I haven't found any issues.
What would make Bitdefender GravityZone Ultra Plus better is for it to have good, easy, and straightforward administrative and troubleshooting functions that I've seen in other enterprise solutions such as SentinelOne, FireEye, and CrowdStrike. I have not observed these in Bitdefender GravityZone Ultra Plus.
For example, in SentinelOne, I've tested it and in test scenarios, the solution detects a threat, then gives you the exact location of where the threat is, and which files are affected. Sophos also has that feature. I sell Sophos and I've seen that it works pretty well. It also detects threats and shows me the location, and which machines are affected. In Bitdefender GravityZone Ultra Plus, I didn't see these happening. The solution seems to be pretty amateur for an EDR solution, and it should be more in sync in terms of features, with solutions such as FireEye and SentinelOne. If you go to any review site, you will find that Bitdefender GravityZone Ultra Plus has much fewer reviews compared to SentinelOne and FireEye. Its performance could be better.
If Bitdefender GravityZone Ultra Plus can be advertised better, for example, you can give it to the enterprise people so more people can give reviews about it that would help make its performance better.
We've been providing Bitdefender GravityZone Ultra Plus for two or three years.
Bitdefender GravityZone Ultra Plus is a stable solution, but out of one hundred percent, its stability is between seventy five to eighty percent.
Technical support for Bitdefender GravityZone Ultra Plus is good enough.
Bitdefender GravityZone Ultra Plus has a straightforward installation, both on-premises, and on-cloud deployments. Installing it for the clients doesn't take much time. It can take just three to five minutes to install. As the installation process was straightforward, we didn't need a big team to deploy Bitdefender GravityZone Ultra Plus for the clients.
We implemented the solution in-house.
Bitdefender GravityZone Ultra Plus is pretty average, meaning it's not cheaper, but it's pretty good. It has average pricing.
We're doing MSP for Bitdefender GravityZone Ultra Plus, so licensing is taken care of by the distributor where it's being signed for. They give us a range of licenses, so whenever required, we just contact the distributor there, create the license number, and then we give it to the customers.
I evaluated SentinelOne, I would prefer it over Bitdefender GravityZone Ultra Plus.
I would recommend Bitdefender GravityZone Ultra Plus for the mid-levels, particularly only for two hundred and fifty users maximum. The solution is very good, and it's doing okay for the mid-level market.
I'm rating Bitdefender GravityZone Ultra Plus six out of ten.
GravityZone Ultra Plus protects our computers from viruses and keeps an eye out for any suspicious activities.
The best thing about Bitdefender is that it has got top-notch features and it is not tied to specific countries like some other antivirus tools. For example, Symantec, being American, might struggle with installing in certain countries due to political reasons. The same goes for Kaspersky, a Russian company. But Bitdefender doesn't have those limitations, giving us worldwide visibility and protection without any political complications. It is just straightforward and effective cybersecurity.
Bitdefender is fairly solid, but if there is room for improvement, adding a feature like Data Loss Prevention would be beneficial. DLP helps prevent sensitive data from leaking out, and since Bitdefender is already deeply involved with our computers and servers, it could be a valuable addition. It is not a must-have, but it would be a nice extra layer of protection for our data.
I have been working with Bitdefender GravityZone Ultra Plus for five years.
We have not had any issues with Bitdefender's stability.
Bitdefender is quite scalable. Our clients are a mix of small, medium, and enterprise businesses. Some have a few hundred endpoints that need coverage, while others scale up to around 1,000 or even 15,000 endpoints.
The tech support for Bitdefender is excellent based on the positive feedback we have received from our customers. I would rate the support as a nine out of ten.
Positive
I appreciate the efficiency of having both functionalities seamlessly integrated on the same machine without the need for separate agents, distinguishing it from other vendors like Kaspersky. From a technical standpoint, the choice between Bitdefender and Kaspersky came down to more than just the technology. Our sales team found that Bitdefender offered a very competitive price, making it an attractive option for our customers. Beyond the technical features, the satisfaction of our customers matters a lot. Bitdefender has proven to excel not only in its technology but also in areas like customer support and sales interactions, ensuring our customers are happy and content.
Installing Bitdefender is straightforward and user-friendly, making it easier compared to Kaspersky and Symantec. The deployment time for Bitdefender depends on the network environment. For small to medium networks, it is quicker as you can set up an all-in-one solution on a single server, whether it is physical or virtual. However, for larger enterprises or service providers, things take a bit longer. You have to install each component separately, making the process more detailed and time-consuming. It varies based on the size and complexity of the network. For small to medium servers, installing Bitdefender typically takes around fifteen to twenty minutes. However, for enterprise setups, the timeframe can vary. It generally depends on the specific components being installed and can take around an hour or so.
I would rate the costliness of the solution as a four out of ten.
Overall, I would rate Bitdefender GravityZone Ultra Plus as a seven out of ten.
We are using Bitdefender GravityZone Ultra Plus for the threat protection and security of our network.
I have been using Bitdefender GravityZone Ultra Plus for approximately six years.
Bitdefender GravityZone Ultra Plus is highly stable.
I have found Bitdefender GravityZone Ultra Plus to be scalable.
I rate the technical support of Bitdefender GravityZone Ultra Plus a five out of five.
They are very good.
The initial setup of Bitdefender GravityZone Ultra Plus is simple.
We have purchased licenses for the use of Bitdefender GravityZone Ultra Plus. The price of the solution is reasonable but could be better.
I rate Bitdefender GravityZone Ultra Plus a nine out of ten.
