The interface of Zoho Sprints is an area with certain shortcomings. The aforementioned area of the solution needs improvement.
The interface needs to be made a little bit simpler. In the initial years of usage, you should let someone gain experience with the solution since it can help that person easily understand the solution. With other products, there is no need to explain it to new users since they will understand it on their own. When it comes to the epics in Zoho Sprints, one needs to have a certain idea to be able to make it work, and one may face some level of confusion owing to the interface of Zoho Sprints.

It is a scalable solution.
Only fifteen people in my company use Zoho Sprints, of which ten people rarely use it since they handle a different domain owing to which they don't have much time to use Zoho Sprints.
In the future, the use of the solution will increase in my company since Zoho Sprints are meant for developers. The increase in the solution's use also depends on what kind of business you have. Currently, we are in the digital team, and there are no other managers in our company. The sales department is completely different in our company. The use of the solution is only for the digital team now. In general, developers work on Zoho Sprints.
How was the initial setup?
Zoho Sprints is deployed on Zoho Cloud. All Zoho products are deployed on Zoho Cloud.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
The price of Zoho Commerce is between 10 to 25 USD per user per month. If you plan to choose three to four applications from Zoho, then I would suggest that it is better to choose Zoho One. I suggest that one only pays 25 USD for Zoho One since it will allow one to use all Zoho products that include almost 40 applications, almost free of cost. If you subscribe to Zoho One, you pay for only one product, but you get the entire range of products from Zoho. If you go for Zoho products individually, then you need to pay 25 USD separately for each product. It would be cheaper to buy Zoho One for 25 USD and get access to around 40 of Zoho's products. In one particular company, if you're using multiple products from Zoho, then it is not wise to choose each Zoho product individually when you can buy the entire range of products from Zoho under Zoho One. Paying for the entire bundle of products in Zoho One is a cost-effective way of having all Zoho products. One can get access to Zoho Finance, Zoho's HR software, Zoho Payroll, Zoho's accounting software, Zoho Logistics Management, Zoho's website builder, Zoho Commerce, Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Projects, Zoho Flow, Zoho Event and Zoho's integration with Zapier. You can also get an email account in Zoho One. Zoho Campaigns can help one run an email marketing campaign. Zoho One also has Zoho ContactManager. Speaking about Microsoft Teams, Zoho One provides all applications under one roof, and it includes applications that allow you to interact or chat internally. There is no reason to spend separately on Teams. When we pay for individual licenses for 150 users, it becomes costly. Microsoft 365's license per user is too costly compared to Zoho One.
What other advice do I have?
Zoho Sprints is good for handling project management aspects. With Zoho Sprints, it is very easy when you want to assign a task to someone since it provides a great look and feel. The arrangements you make epic-wise, project-wise, task-wise, milestone-wise, and everything else you do becomes very easy with Zoho Sprints.
I would definitely recommend the solution to those planning to use it since the management part of Zoho Sprints is nice. The solution provides multiple options to cater to the different viewpoints of its users. Once you spend a little bit of time on Zoho Sprints or attempt to explore it, then you will agree with the fact that it is a very good solution. If you create a ticket for a developer, then it is possible for that developer to view their task, put a comment, do the tagging while putting up all the details, carry out integrations, and use a number of other features. Based on my perspective and experience with other tools, only the look and feel aspect is an area that needs to be upgraded in the solution. The solution uses light colors, so it is important that attractive colors start getting used in Zoho Sprints since the screen provided by the tool right now is not very attractive. Functionality-wise, Zoho Sprints is very easy to use.
Overall, I rate the solution an eight out of ten.
