The best thing about the tools would be, I would say, you know, the various functionalities they have. If I start with data management and then talk about the integrations with several other platforms. The features in the tool that allow for the creation of email templates, SMS, or all such kinds of features give our company a very good ability to launch individual campaigns, even multi-brand campaigns.
To be honest, I won't say that the tool is the best, but I can't think of any area that needs improvement right now. Though Adobe Campaign is user-friendly, it is not as friendly as Tealium Customer Data Hub, to be honest. You will still require some knowledge of operating all the workflows. You can say that Adobe Campaign needs to improve the UI because it is a bit old. Sometimes, the platform is a bit slow.

Whatever data we received in Adobe Campaign was sent back to the Tealium Customer Data Hub for further segmentation. Adobe Campaign can be integrated with other various platforms as well.
I think the tool is easy to learn because Adobe has quite a lot of documentation, which includes a broad range of documentation along with various training portals and training materials. The tool is not that complex.

The tool helps store and manage our data. I don't need to be a pro in SQL, but I can still run queries and get the exact data I want. Some workflows help me get data from any table and send it to any platform without expert SQL knowledge. I can still export complicated data anywhere.
We have integrated Adobe Campaign with other tools. We use APIs to manage data both into and out of it. We've integrated with Amazon S3 and have a SnapLogic pipeline to send files to different platforms.
The dashboard is perfect. The UI could be more user-friendly because the buttons are pretty small. Only someone who knows where to find them will easily locate them. New users might have difficulty finding options. Since I've been working with it for a while, I don't have that problem.
