We have a variety of different use cases, specifically for marketing and finance. 

• Our first goal is to look at automating repetitive tasks. 
• Our second goal is to have Automation Anywhere scale from RPA into a more cognitive tool, providing higher value solutions to the business.

We have been able to take resources that have been doing manual work and putting them into more productive work. This has been a positive impact.

We are using it to optimize our processes, then automating them.

It removes demotivating, repetitive work from our teams.

Orchestration is the valuable feature.

A lot more can be done to make the solution easy for developer to use. While it is good as a base product, it could have better logging and alerting features. We would like the tools to have more usability, especially for humans in the middle.

Other solution features which are offered by competitors, like IBM, should now be part of the part of the Automation Anywhere suite of products.

I need high value products to be created, so I need integration with other solutions. Machine learning and AI need to be integrated with Automation Anywhere. While IQ Bot is a good beginning, our company does not work with manual paperwork since we are already digital. We would like to see more integration with cognitive tools going forward.

It took us eight months to scale to our current number of bots.

We used a strategic partner (integrator) for the deployment.

Set good expectations with your senior management regarding going after the right processes. Look at innovative areas to implement a prepared robotic process automation workflow, so you can reap the benefits at a later time.

Automation Anywhere University is nice. The courses are very intuitive.

We have a lot of use cases, mostly for repetitive processes. We have automated processes for loans, moving money across accounts, and transferring money between our institution to another.

It has helped us look at how our processes are organized.

The ease of use is the most valuable feature.

The object cloning that exists cannot capture 80 percent of the objects that we need it to capture.

We are running the old 10.5 version. Sometimes, we get stuck with it.

With our current version, we are experiencing issues with the access of the Control Room. Therefore, at the moment, we cannot really scale.

The person who is working on our architecture is not always available.

We have only ever used Automation Anywhere.

We are having issues with setting up the newest version. It doesn't install, and there are not a lot of things to do with it.

We used a consulting agency, who did not have good knowledge about the product and bots, such as basic principles of coding and error handling. This was surprising, as these were IT personnel. We felt that sometimes we were training the consultants from the agency on how to implement the product.

We looked at Automation Anywhere and UiPath. Blue Prism also approach us. This was to do the PoC. 

Automation Anywhere was the simplest solution, and it offered us immediate support.

With the current version that we have, I cannot rate the solution more than a six out of a ten.

The primary use case has been for automatic service transformation. 

We have automated back office and customer services.

The tool enables employees to work on other value-added projects.

IQ Bot is its most valuable feature.

The user experience is easy. Anyone can work on it.

• I would like to see more complex use cases coming out for our industry.
• I would like to know how it can scale using enterprise data, especially for back office.

It is stable.

The product can scale.

It took us six months to scale to our current number of bots.

The technical support is critical for this product, but we have found them a challenge to work with.

Our decision to move to RPA was driven by market analysis and ROI.

The initial setup was straightforward. It is a very guided experience: out-of-the-box with Automation Anywhere University training.

Our ROI has been cost and time savings.

The Community Edition is also a good offering from the company.

We also evaluated UiPath and Blue Prism.

Adding Automation Anywhere is a tremendous value-add in the long-term.

We have soft and hard tasks that we have automated.

The bot processing is a bit slow.

It needs stability improvements. Sometimes, it becomes unstable.

We evaluated a couple of vendors. Another vendor that we evaluated was Blue Prism.

Automation Anywhere is very simple compared to the other professional robotic automation process tools.

Give the product a try, you will definitely love it.

While it is easy to use, it is all about how you design the bots.

We still haven't used most of the product's capabilities.

The primary use case is to automate complex processes without using a development team.

We have had a lot of issues using Automation Anywhere and find ourselves stuck. We have an open ticket and are still working with them to resolve this. 

We got the solution because of its ease of use with the API call, avoiding the use of developers.

It is a difficult solution to use for back-end processes.

We can automate easily, but we have to use more functions. We would like to see more GUI-based automation instead.

They do not include the basic functionality of column headers in Excel worksheets. This is missing, and we need it.

We cannot currently copy data and send it on an email.

The technical support is good. When we open tickets, we immediately receive a response. 

In some cases, we make suggestions, and they tell us that they can't make the fix. This is okay, too.

The initial setup was easy. First, we create a bot. Then, we send the business an approval. Once they have verified everything, then we need to open a ticket. Finally, the bot is deployed to production.

We are using Bot Insight to measure our ROI.

We are not receiving the right information about their features, e.g. Automation Anywhere University, or anything that they are selling. They need to improve their documentation.

Search all industry-designed RPA tools and choose the best one for your process.

I completed my advanced certification through Automation Anywhere University. While the courses are good, what you learn in the courses and what is in the real world are two different things. The documentation in the University does not have the proper documentation and cannot provide help, when necessary.

The primary use case is to automate processes internally for my company.

I build a lot of processes which have saved a lot of time for my company using this solution. 

In my previous company, a payroll employee would close a payroll, which resulted in him receiving six to seven reports. He managed 15 companies. Each report took him 30 to 40 minutes per company. With Automation Anywhere, I was able to save this work time for him. He was then able to focus on other value-added tasks. The bot now pulls the report for him, sending it directly to the client.

It is very easy to use and learn compared to a programming language, where you have to have a background in coding. Anyone can learn it. Learning the software is easy.

As a developer, the product is easy to use. It has a lot of commands that I can select from, such as folders, organizing files, and going to websites. It saves time from what a human would be doing.

The only challenge is knowing the process of using the software.

I would like to have Git implemented with the version control system.

Sometimes, the recorder from Automation Anywhere does not work well and is inaccurate. This should be improved.

I haven't had experience with the technical support. I never call them.

I would like them to have better license management.

Automation Anywhere is a very friendly tool compared to other RPA tools.

Look into the usefulness of RPA robotic process automation. As a solution, Automation Anywhere is complete for business users and developers.

The bot creation is easy if you have one or two TaskBots. However, if the process is complex, you will need to split the process into modules.  

The solution integrates very well with other applications. Though, it only works with Internet Explorer right now, but you can run other applications with an open program. Object clone captures the objects very well from the software. It code APIs, run stuff from the back-end (like SQL queries), and executing procedures. Everything is in one package.

While I am registered to take courses with Automation Anywhere University, I don't feel that I need to take them. I learn from hands-on training.

I am new to learning about IQ Bot, but I think it is really useful for an insurance company because they scan documents all the time.

The primary use case is to automate our current exports and fraudulent transaction processing in the back office.

Automation Anywhere brings speed with accuracy. We are replacing a lot of manual work that our agents used to do. This has been automated now, and we get things done faster.

Non-developers can use the tool to create bots. Also, it is very easy for developers to use.

The bot creation process is easy enough with its drag and drop, then add some logic. However, once you're done with it, you can't really work outside the tool that the AI provides. It is drag and drop, then work right there.

It took a couple of months to scale from our pilot to the current number of bots that we are using. The bot scaling process was painful, when you go beyond a few bots, and because we had stability issues. We had to work through the issues, and they took us a long time.

Technical support is good. They need to improve their response to production issues. They need to have knowledgeable people to fix issues when things are down in production.

The initial setup is straightforward, but the scaling was an issue.

We worked directly with Automation Anywhere. Their help was good, but sometimes it took a couple days for them to get back to us.

I would recommend Automation Anywhere. Though, it depends on how they plan to build the environment: on-premise or cloud. There are some issues that we're facing in the cloud.

The current features are good, but we are not using all of the product's existing features at the moment.

As a developer, I improve our company processes through automation.

The company has been working with the solution for two years. In my area, we have approximately five bots running.

It interacts well with other software tools. Other automation tools have trouble with integration. 

The tool provides everything that we need to design a task. It is a complete tool.

The tool is user-friendly and easy to use. It is easy to understand how to automate a task.

The bot creation process is easy, manageable, and everything is well-organized for a developer. Everything is centralized.

I would like to have a command that allows me to add code, like C#. As a developer, this would be helpful.

The technical support is amazing. It is the best support that we have worked with.

The product has everything that I want. I don't have to look for another tool to integrate with it.

I am working on getting certified through Automation Anywhere University. The courses are good for people who have no knowledge regarding the tool.
