We use this solution to automate tasks for which multiple steps have to be done.
We do it a very large number of times in a day.
We use this solution to automate tasks for which multiple steps have to be done.
We do it a very large number of times in a day.
We have been able to automate tasks that have a lot of repetitiveness.
The most valuable feature is the object cloning.
The user interface is easy to use.
While we have been developing over time, there have been issues with stability.
The speed of automation needs to be improved.
This solution is not that stable.
We have been able to scale ok.
I implemented this solution for my company.
This is a solution that I recommend.
We are looking forward to trying the IQ Bot to help with reading, scanning, and querying of files.
This solution has a wonderful concept, but the stability needs to be improved.
I would rate this solution an eight out of ten.
We use this solution primarily for financial use cases.
We have a bot that monitors quotes and budgets for products that are in their lifecycle or have expired. All of the concerns for finance are automated.
In the finance department, this solution has saved us a lot of money. Employees that were working on manual tasks are now doing things that are more productive.
This solution is easy to use and understand, even for a non-technical person.
Better support for Excel is needed because there are a lot of limitations and we are having issues with it. We do a lot of Excel work, and if we could use it as a database then it would help a lot.
We have had some issues in terms of stability. It is related to certain commands and VMware, and depending on the machine that we are logging into, the bot fails.
This is a scalable solution. We initially implemented small projects and then expanded them to a bigger level.
The support for this solution is quite good.
The initial setup of this solution was straightforward.
This solution has some drawbacks, but it is easy to implement and easy to use.
I would rate this solution a seven out of ten.
We use the product for our automation use cases. We provide it to our customers to automate invoices with IQ Bot and other things.
Helps our clients focus on their work instead of repetitive tasks.
The best part of Automation Anywhere is IQ Bot for its OCR techniques.
Bot Insights is also a very good product feature.
I would like OCR for video and text using the IQ Bot. It should also be available in an email tag format.
I am waiting for them to add Java code.
The stability of the production part is good.
Scalability is good. There is no question about its scalability.
I have found some problems, but the support is very fast. However, sometimes I feel like I need more guidance. E.g., when providing the answer regarding the login for SAP automation, give an answer that I can explain to my customers.
The implementation process is complex, as there is integration with other applications. We need to understand the other applications' requirements. It requires us to convert their business logic into automation. That is where the complexity is.
We are the implementation partner.
My clients have seen ROI. What would take them two to three days in work is now taking them two to three hours.
We are restricted to use one license on one PC. However, if my license is not working, I want to be able to use it somewhere else. This would be a nice improvement to the licensing, as other competitors in the market have better licensing terms.
Create automation with automation with Automation Anywhere.
Our primary use for this solution is the building of a digital workforce by implementing Robotic Process Automation to improve our operational efficiency. It is also intended to create capacity for our staff to focus on client-servicing matters, which are areas that require decision-making processes.
We have implemented two processes to date, for our Hong Kong office and Japanese office. The process automated for Hong Kong is for Company Secretarial business. The process automated for Japan is for Payroll business. Repetitive mundane tasks are now being executed by the robotic processes.
I mostly use the Control Room to monitor and manage bot runs. Since we can register multiple bot runners in one control room, and we can easily monitor and re-run bots when necessary, it is convenient for me. I would like to find out more about the dashboards and what they actually mean.
I have noticed that after the bots have been delivered to run in a production environment, there are issues in terms of quality and performance. For example, if the government website takes too long to respond, or there is an apostrophe in names, then these exceptions are not handled in the bot. I would like to see a higher quality in the final bots that are delivered to production.
TestingAnywhere is an Scriptless Automation Tool which is easy to learn and implement. A lot of features present in this tool are effective during automation. Test cases are created using one of five methods (web recording, object recording, image recognition, Smart recording, editor). These test cases are recorded, saved, and can be edited and enhanced.
One more feature that is very unique is the conversion of Automated TestCase in to Executable (EXE) files so that testers can run them on remote machines too.
We wanted to run the Automated TestCase prepared in TestingAnywhere from another tool. So the *.exe file came in handy.
I haven't gone deep in the tool, but so far it looks good.
Automation Anywhere is one of the simplest RPA tools!
We primarily use it for data scraping from PDFs. AA has helped me to get the data from scanned PDFs with a higher accuracy rate, automating multiple formats, and maintaining its data in Excel format.
In this scenario, the user emails a PDF to the Bot email ID, the Bot downloads the attachment & scraps the data from it. As per the format, the data is pulled and maintained in Excel, in a standard format. The Excel file is then emailed back to the respective user.
When anybody talks about Robotic Process Automation, Automation Anywhere is the first thing that comes to my mind. Automation Anywhere is one of the simplest Robotic Process Automation Tools.
Its drag and drop feature is the best because there is no hard coding required. Even if a person is not from a coding background, they can easily learn and get their hands on this tool quickly. There are a lot of learning resources provided by Automation Anywhere University and AA provides certifications too.
Using AA has helped to reduce time & human error.
Object Cloning is the most valuable feature I have found for automating a website or a process that includes multiple mouse clicks. This is something that can easily be done using the Object Cloning command.
Object Cloning can also be used to get the DOMXPath inner text of a specific object. It also helps to automate the dropdown menus and in selecting the desired value from them. It is fun to use and if used with proper technique, a user can automate a website or portal with 100% accuracy.
The OCR can be a little better because sometimes while scrapping, it leads to data loss.
In the future, more commands for automating SAP should be included.
We have been using Automation Anywhere for two years.
Stability totally depends on the power of your coding level. In general, AA is highly stable.
AA has high scalability.
Technical support from AA is excellent!
The AA support team is just Awesome. Any query or issues we face while using it can be brought to their notice by raising a ticket. They will coordinate with the user until the issue is resolved and without much delay. Automation Anywhere provides the best service.
We did not use another RPA solution prior to this one.
The initial setup was straightforward.
Our in-house team is responsible for deployment and maintenance.
The pricing is a bit higher.
We evaluated UiPath before choosing AA.
Choose Automation Anywhere over other RPA Tools for better service & accuracy.
I am using it with my work on our disaster recovery process. It has been performing well, so far.
It is easy and simple to use with its drag and drop functionality.
The bot creation is easy, as you automate the steps exactly as you perform them.
The product is still lacking some features. However, I know that Automation Anywhere is continually improving it.
The stability is alright. I have had a couple of crashes and issues. Overall, it does seem pretty stable.
The initial setup was straightforward.
We are measuring our ROI through time savings. We haven't done metrics for money yet.
This solution is a more robust, better product than the other solutions that we evaluated.
It is a great solution. We have had a lot of business users come in and use it, being successful with it.
We have used some of the IQ Bots, but we haven't used them too extensively.
We save about three hours a week using this solution.
We are a factory and supplier corporation, e.g. we focus on the financial and automation niche, but mostly financial. Our service is implementing automation, e.g. we implement Automation Anywhere (AA) for customers. It's a tool for automating processes.
Automation Anywhere (AA) is easy to use and understand, even if the user didn't have previous experience with RPA (robotic process automation) software before. This solution has many tools for automation. It's good even if you're just starting with RPA software, e.g. we don't have to decide on the whole productivity process, so we can put in the costs step by step first, then put in the details after.
Other solutions require you to know the codes first and make decisions on the whole process. This means that with other RPA solutions, if the user doesn't have the experience, it will be difficult for them to use and decide on those automation programs, which is not the case with Automation Anywhere (AA).
An area for improvement for Automation Anywhere (AA) is its organization or utilization, because if it's your first time to initiate automation, you have to convert it properly, and you have to develop the amendment path through the automation path, but you have to pay a subscription for it first. The first part is difficult because if you buy the full package without having much experience with the product, it could be difficult to utilize the process from manual to automation.
There are some limitations in the migration from the manual process to automation, because currently, Automation Anywhere (AA) is trying to develop transfer from on-premises to cloud. There's a limitation in migration.
The setup and deployment processes for this product also need to be improved, e.g. made easier.
I worked with Automation Anywhere (AA) before, and I helped a developer team provide it to the customer, and that was last year. We implemented it. I've been dealing with the solution in the last two years, but changed my focus to analytic solutions for a year.
Automation Anywhere (AA) is a stable tool.
Scalability for this tool is good.
It's difficult to set up Automation Anywhere (AA) on the on-premises environment. It's also difficult to make preparations for it. You have to be ready so it can support the automation process. That was what people experienced in the on-premises deployment, but I'm unsure how it is when it's set up on cloud. Setup could be easier if it's done on the Cloud.
If you have a person who knows the utilities of this solution, setup will take one to two weeks.
Our clients are paying for a yearly subscription of Automation Anywhere (AA).
Automation Anywhere (AA) is very easy to understand, but automation is something new here in Thailand.
We have 20 clients using this solution. For deployment and maintenance, we have a technical team made up of 10 people, with one vision analyst.
We have an automation hypercare team responsible for supporting customers after we've deployed Automation Anywhere (AA).
I would recommend this tool to others who want to start using it, because it's a good tool.
I'm giving Automation Anywhere (AA) a score of eight out of ten.
Hi,
Thanks for sharing , it was very informative. About RPA is the application of technology that allows employees in a company to configure computer software or a “robot” to capture and interpret existing applications for processing a transaction, manipulating data, triggering responses and communicating with other digital systems.
