The solution provided an integrated profile, which was helpful for having everything together available in one place.
What needs improvement?
One area of improvement is the UI and UX, which could be more upgraded. It looks a little dated compared to modern UI and UX, and there's potential for it to be more intuitive.
Also, the ability to capture CRM required significant training due to its complexity.

It was stable. We didn't see those kinds of issues, maintaining stability greater than 99%.

Operating on Australia business hours was challenging for us in India, as there was minimal overlap.
