I have tested Applicare on Java Applications and it performed exceptionally well.

What is most valuable?

Root cause analysis in real time and user experience management, which is turning out to be one of the most important feature as user experience is one of the major driving forces in the IT industry.

How has it helped my organization?

It largely reduces turnaround time from application failure, and has reduced man hours in managing availability, performance, and scaling applications.

What needs improvement?

Applicare should open diagnostic features for PHP, Rails, and .Net-based applications.

Excellent for APM, but it's bit more expensive than other products in market.

Valuable Features:

It will give us the vital solutions for all performance issues and for all J2EE and .Net applications.

Room for Improvement:

Cost- its very expensive and it's hard to spend that amount of money for CPU's core based licensing by small business organizations.

Other Advice:

You will get good customer support and consulting services. It's easy to maintain for large scale environments. It will give good results for testing, development, and all other folks.
