We are resellers. We provide products for our clients.

I am using this solution for my network in the office.

We mainly sell it to the government departments, who also use it on-premises for their LAN.

What I like the most is that it's an easy plug and play device to work with.

I haven't really delved deeply into the configuration, so from the router's point of view, I can't provide much of an opinion. From the switches perspective, I feel there isn't much that can be done because again, I have delved into the configuration. 

When we set up a LAN and we use Cisco, it makes life easy. If instead, we buy it from the distributor, it comes provisioned with the licenses. We just plug it in, and the network goes up, except when we need to do a VLAN.

The only other thing we struggled with from time to time is when we were configuring access points through a controller. The challenge we had was because our client used a firewall and they used a proxy, which gave us many challenges in relation to the configuration. But other than that, it went well.

The price should be reduced.

Our clients are mainly government and they want to implement CCAT6A and they come up with extremely stringent conditions. It made it difficult for us to even bid because they want gold certified partners. It became a bit tricky for us to submit the bids.

I have been working with Cisco Enterprise Routers for eight years.

There are no issues with stability.

It's a scalable solution.

We have not contacted technical support with this project. We felt it's something we could sort out ourselves and then we managed to sort it out.

It's not a fair price, it's a bit too high.

I would recommend this solution to others, but I would ask them to buy from the channel, they shouldn't buy from the market. Because once they buy it from the channel, they do have a lot of benefits that they can derive from it.

I would rate Cisco Enterprise Routers an eight out of ten.

We are using the Cisco product in the core Banking industries, and Linksys products are being used in educational institutes and small enterprises.

We are using Cisco switches as a core switch in the Education sector, such as engineering colleges or in small colleges but in the main colleges, we are using the Cisco switches. 

The primary use case of this solution is for parallel branches in the banking sector for the cloud and with IPSec.

With Cisco Linksys, we need better pricing. Cisco is an expensive product, much more so that other products, such as those by HP.

The Cisco Switches and Routers price should be reduced.

We need better pricing and support.

For Cisco Routers, we need better pricing, better implementation, and support.

I have been selling Cisco Linksys Switches for 15 years.

There are only a few models available in India. Nowadays, we are selling Cisco with Linksys.

We are selling Cisco Wi-Fi routers and switches under the name of Linksys, and other products are available under the Cisco branding.

I have been selling Cisco Enterprise Routers for approximately 16 years.

Both the switches and routers are stable products.

In India, 50% of the customers are using Cisco and the other 50% are using other products.

We plan to continue selling Cisco Routers, as it's a never-ending demand from our customers.

The Cisco line support is not good in India. It takes too long. You can email or go live, but it takes more time to get support from Cisco.

The installation of Cisco Switches or Routers is never easy.

They are command line only, while other routers have a GUI, which is easier to install.

The deployment of the router can take anywhere from one hour to three days.

The switches can take four hours.

Linksys products are cheaper than Cisco Switches.

Cisco Switches are an expensive product in India.

Cisco is the number one brand in India. I would recommend this product.

Cisco is a good product that is stable. However, because of pricing, customers go with other brands.

I would rate Cisco a nine out of ten.

These routers make up part of our critical network infrastructure.

I think that it would be better if they can create menus and instructions in the Ukrainian language.

The dashboards and control system are in need of improvement.

I would like to have functionality added for cybersecurity.

I have been working with Cisco Enterprise Routers for approximately 10 years.

These routers are stable and I don't know of any problems with them. We plan to continue using them in the future.

This is a scalable product that makes up part of our infrastructure, which services approximately 200 people.

We have asked the local Cisco representatives to help us when we have needed support.

We use some products from Cisco's competitors.

We have about 10 engineers in our in-house team who take care of deployment and maintenance.

I think that Cisco is the best product and I recommend it.

I would rate this solution an eight out of ten.

The best part is that once you set up Cisco routers, you just leave them alone. You don't have to do much unless you have to change the configuration. We hardly have issues with Cisco equipment and I believe that reliability is the best part of Cisco.

Compared to equipment by other vendors, such as Check Point, the physical size of the units is bigger. A smaller footprint would be an improvement. 

We sometimes experience delays when a router is processing that requires us to reboot it.

I have been working with Cisco Enterprise Routers for more than 20 years.

Cisco's equipment is stable.

This is a scalable product and we have a couple of hundred users.

The initial setup was pretty straightforward. We have Cisco certified engineers here, and they take care of that. The deployment takes maybe a couple of hours, and we're done.

We have an in-house team of four or five people who deploy and maintain our products, including this one. 

This is definitely a product that I can recommend to others.

The routing platform is good.

On a scale from one to ten, I would give this solution a rating of eight.

These routers are primarily for internet edge connectivity, as well as wide area network connectivity.

The most valuable features are stability and features supported on these series.

These routers are not easy to use for non-professional users, so simplification is something that would improve this product. Having a well-designed graphical user interface would make this product easier to use.

Cisco Enterprise Routers are stable.

This is a scalable product.

Technical support is good, although it depends on your service agreement with Cisco. 

The initial setup is straightforward. It has a setup wizard that can guide you through the very basic settings such as IP addresses, usernames, and passwords.

This is a good product and I will definitely continue to offer Cisco equipment to my customers in the future.

I would rate this solution a ten out of ten.

We are mainly using this solution for networking and as a firewall.

The most valuable features are that it is easy to use, it is easy to configure, and manage.

There is a training center in each city.

Cisco is a long-lasting product.

The DNS system, which is very important, has not yet been implemented. All new Cisco switches are Power over Ethernet (PoE) switches that are DNL supported.

The price could be improved.

In Bangladesh, we do not have any expert-level support. We are having many issues implementing the DNS system.

We have been using the Cisco Switch, Router, and Firewall for 20 years.

Cisco Routers are scalable. We have approximately 1500 users in our company. Four are engineers that perform maintenance.

We have a Cisco office here, but no technical person on site. There is only a pre-sales person. It is part of our Cisco bundle to have a technical person on-site, but we able to speak with him.

Cisco Enterprise Routers are expensive.

Our company has been assigned networking for Cisco, we can't use any other products.

I would recommend the Cisco Enterprise Routers. It's an effective device.

I would rate this product a nine out of ten.

I am working in a cloud company with multiple clients, who are purchasing multiple could services, servers, and small networks. We deploy a Cisco firewall and a virtual firewall.

The most valuable features are that it is more secure and easy to operate.

It handles several requests well. Overall it is very good and there are not many available in the market.

Accountability, reliability, and support are very good.

Some of the features could be more secure. For example, firewall features could have better security. There are some routers that come with this feature. It can be implemented with ACL, but there is only one destination source with IP based filtering.

If it is possible then it would be content-based. It is available in the new routers. If we were to purchase the new Data Centre Series router, it would include this feature.

I have been using this solution for approximately three years.

I have experience with both the 3900 series and the 1000 series.

It's a stable solution.

This is a scalable product.

Technical support is good, and the documentation is also good. When we create and submit a ticket, the issue gets resolved.

You can easily find the documentation on the support portal. Also, there are multiple documents available on the internet.

It is easy to deploy and takes 30 to 40 minutes, depending on the configuration you want to upload and the type of security.

The price is reasonable.

Overall, it's a really good product. Anyone who decides to use a light product in the market that is not reliable, the security would be risky. 

Cisco enterprise routers are more secure and easy to operate.
