A straightforward ERP application that requires improvement in user-friendliness
The primary use case for us is as an ERP application The tool's usability is straightforward.  Improvements could be made regarding user-friendliness and transitioning fully to a web version. Features like forex reconciliation and a cash flow planning module could enhance the solution. I have…

Provides efficiency for small businesses, but requires costly add-ons for broader capabilities
I am currently using SAP products but not primarily selling SAP. Regarding real-time data processing capabilities, it is partially helpful for decision-making. It has built-in capability for real-time data, but it's not interactive data analytics. People need another solution such as Power BI to be integrated to get real-time data with interactive analytics. When it comes to customizing reporting in SAP Business One, it has the capability to customize reports via SAP Crystal Reports. It has a good amount of reports, but for each business, you need to understand exactly what the customer needs to customize their reports. The solution includes a mobile app to access key business information, though it is a very weak mobile app. The main benefit SAP Business One provides to users is ease of access. It's very good to present to customers, both from the interface and capabilities perspective. It's suitable for small to medium companies, making the buy-in for the solution very good. The pricing for SAP Business One is very competitive. Overall, SAP Business One is a very good solution for small to medium businesses. If your company is looking for an ERP to run end-to-end business, this is the solution. You need specific add-ons to run in specific industries, but it's approximately 70% good for most small to medium companies. My overall rating for SAP Business One is 7 out of 10.

"It is an affordable ERP system and rich in functionality, providing good control of processes."
"The most valuable features of the solution are reporting, a dashboard, customized reports, and third-party integration."
"The maintenance is a significant advantage as it is supported by the international community rather than the local community."
"The customization features are the solution's most valuable aspect, as you can make user-defined fields and user-defined forms that make life very easy for the business, and the fact that you can do some customization without going into any coding is great."
"We have been happy with the command line interface of SAP Business One."
"Stability-wise, I rate the solution a ten out of ten."
"It offers users a rather simple interface."
"The initial setup of the product seems to be good."

Cons

"Improvements could be made regarding user-friendliness and transitioning fully to a web version. Features like forex reconciliation and a cash flow planning module could enhance the solution."

"The build-in dashboard and reporting customization should be improved."
"The reporting Module should be improved and a drag and drop functionality should be added."
"The interface needs to be improved. It needs to be more user-friendly."
"Currently, SAP Business One only has ERP modules and lacks HR or payroll modules."
"This is a relatively expensive solution and the cost should be reduced, especially now that there are competitors coming into the market."

Pricing and Cost Advice
