Personalized content has streamlined role-based experiences and saves time for rapid updates
In Experience Manager, we perform authoring tasks. For example, if I need to add a form to my website, I need to author it from the Web Experience Manager, and then that will be available. However, that requires a release and everything. With Adobe Target, we can create an Experience Fragment and export and import it into Adobe Target, and we can use that Experience Fragment as content on the website. This does not require a release, and we save a lot of time in that process. We have saved a lot of development time. Usually, if we have to push changes to production, we need to go through a release cycle. We need to push our changes to QA, stage, and then production. We have a sprint of twenty-one days. With Adobe Target, if we want to do a hotfix or something of that kind, we can do it immediately, test it immediately, and push it to production without a release cycle. This saves money, time, and resources.

Automated insights have increased personal loan conversions and improved customer follow-up
The best features offered by SAS Customer Intelligence 360 are the automatic actions that are generated in real time without manual intervention. Since there is no need to intervene manually with SAS Customer Intelligence 360, those actions are generated automatically, which increases the number of actions in a day and the acquisition of customers. SAS Customer Intelligence 360 has positively impacted my organization very well, as times have been reduced and the number of acquired customers who want personal loans has increased. The specific data about the reduction in times and the increase in customer acquisition since I implemented SAS Customer Intelligence 360 shows that the time savings have been 40% and customer acquisition increased by 70%.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"In two weeks, we achieved a six to seven percent increase in revenue."
"I like that the tool is very simple to use. It easily integrates with analytics tools like Adobe Analytics without needing extra setup, which gives us comprehensive reports right from the start. This feature enhances our reporting capabilities significantly, unlike other tools where integrating analytics can be complex."
"Everything is readily available and intuitive."
"I find Adobe Target very good for long optimization tests. After testing, it tells you which version is the winner and what improvements can be made. This gives me the confidence to provide a better customer experience by adopting the winning version of the page I'm testing."
"The most valuable feature of the solution is the personalization area."
"It is a scalable solution."
"The solution has some critical tools with which you can do A/B testing, multivariate testing, recommendations, and other types of testing."
"The most valuable features in Target are creating activities, rules, extensions, and workspaces for data analysis."
"SAS Customer Intelligence 360 has positively impacted my organization very well, as times have been reduced and the number of acquired customers who want personal loans has increased."
"SAS Customer Intelligence 360 has positively impacted my organization by improving time efficiency and also helping me, as a founder, to track what is going on with the clients, which I think was something important."
"I have seen measurable improvements since using SAS Customer Intelligence 360, as customer engagement rates increased by around 15 to 20 percent and conversion rates improved by approximately 10 to 15 percent for targeted campaigns."

Cons

"Sometimes, the campaigns I create in Adobe Target don't work for unknown reasons. When this happens, I must start over from scratch to fix it, even if I use the same setup. This issue can be frustrating because the activities should work but don't display content on the page when it loads."
"The product implementation on the client side has limitations compared to server-side deployments. It needs more control and reliability with server-side setups."
"Adobe Target is an expensive solution."
"The user interface for the form-based composer is slow, and the loading time is not optimized."
"Integrating Adobe Target with other tools posed challenges, particularly in obtaining accurate analytics data. While using it for testing and analytics, I found that the analytics reports provided by the tool did not accurately reflect the specific changes made in the tests. Instead, it included broader data from the overall experience."
"I think Adobe Target needs more AI features to automate some things. Regarding integration, it is easy to integrate with their AM platform for hosting websites, but it isn't easy. They need to do more work to ensure their tools are easily connected and work together. That's something I'd suggest they improve."
"There's room for improvement in Adobe Target, especially when simultaneously implementing the same activity across multiple websites. Currently, we can only run one activity per page, which can be limiting. Also, running various activities concurrently or executing near-real-time use cases can be complex and challenging with Adobe Target."
"Adobe Target is an expensive solution."
"SAS Customer Intelligence 360 is a strong platform, but there are a few areas where it could be improved."
"SAS Customer Intelligence 360 could be improved by enhancing the integration with other MarTech platforms, as the integration is somewhat difficult and may require significant IT knowledge and data engineering support, which I would consider drawbacks."
"I think SAS Customer Intelligence 360 could be improved because the interface can feel a bit heavy and not very intuitive for new users."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"It has a high cost, so it is not a product that everyone can afford."
"There's no fixed price with Adobe; it depends on negotiations and business arrangements."
"The solution's pricing is reasonable."
"Adobe Target Premium is an advanced version, which is more expensive than the Adobe Standard."
"The solution is expensive."
"All Adobe products are a little bit on the higher side."
"The pricing of Adobe Target depends on the perspective. It can be deemed as fair from a business perspective but it might be expensive for individuals."
"The product is expensive."
