Why would you choose purchasing Camunda Platform over Bizagi?
I can't give you a good reason to skip over Bizagi. I have been using Bizagi for over 4 years and have gone from total low-code skeptic to low-code evangelist and a strong supporter of Bizagi. It's available for no cost to learn, develop, and test/pilot process automation (up to 20 users in test), and has very reasonable licensing options for production once you are ready to go live. It also is powerful and flexible. We're even using it to drive our docket and scheduling system for hearings (not something one things of doing with a "process automation" tool). Can't recommend Bizagi strongly enough.

Definitely, right now, it is purely open source, and we don't have much community support. If they add a few more capabilities like AIML and DocGen AI, these features would be good. Reporting capabilities can be improved more, and community support should be increased. Otherwise, people cannot onboard that particular technology easily.

Reduces costs with hardware abstraction and simplifies scaling
There is an issue where, in some situations, I need to scale up by observing both CPU and memory usage of containers, yet under the current options available at Amazon, this is not possible. I have to choose between monitoring CPU or memory to scale my solution. Not every software is built for deployment as a container service, although the current architecture trend is changing this.
