A tool to help create mobile and web applications that ensure its users experience a return on investment from its use
My company uses Bubble Innovator to create applications, specifically mobile applications and web applications. Our company uses the solution to design websites or online pages I did not use Bubble Innovator for my own needs. I used the solution to create applications for clients. The most…

Highly robust tool enhances project management for large-scale programs
The tool can be improved with integrations to Agile tools. We used Azure DevOps, which I dislike. Better integrations to JIRAs and perhaps open APIs for task management would be super beneficial. As a project management tool, it is perfect, but the ability to be agile with task management could improve it. There is always an opportunity for more flexibility regarding integrated reporting. The project dashboard feature worked perfectly for small to small-medium projects, but on a large scale, it was not flexible enough to handle a program-level dashboard. However, that is probably a nice-to-have rather than a need-to-have. The integrations to Agile are essential; we had to do a full build to accomplish that.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"The most valuable feature of the solution stems from the fact that its workflows are really impressive."
"Planisware has introduced Agile concepts, making it capable of Agile management similar to Jira and other Agile tools."
"Planisware has improved our project visibility, resource utilization, decision-making, and cost control, leading to higher efficiency and better alignment between business strategy and project execution."
"The solution is performance-oriented and easily customized accordingly to many areas, such as performance KPI."
"Overall, our company has all disintegrated systems, and with Planisware, we are getting a very integrated view of my portfolio reporting, cost and load, and everything else."
"There are two things in particular that I enjoy. The first is the portfolio planning section. Another advantage is that it is highly customizable."
"It has an inbuilt BI tool, which can be compared to Power BI or Tableau."
"The positive impact I have seen from working with Planisware is due to its efficacy and speed; it has very few updates and is easy to use."
"The area that could benefit from improvement in this Planisware is the project management tool. I have previously used Project Server, which is a Microsoft solution, and I found it to be more user-friendly as it included a client solution. In contrast, with this solution, the only option available is the online version, making it difficult to create activities, milestones, and other necessary components. This is in comparison to Planisware, which offers a more comprehensive solution."

Cons

"The designs provided by Bubble Innovator have certain shortcomings that need improvement."
"The reports should be improved because all companies now need reporting, and with tools such as Grafana or Tableau, Planisware needs to add interfaces for data lakes since all companies require this."
"Its stability should be improved. Its stability is the main issue, but we sometimes also have issues with calculations."
"I have experienced some issues, and that’s okay. It tends to be stable when the server's processing power and memory are adequate."
"More integration is needed with other kinds of products for better collaboration."
"The biggest con for Planisware is that if you are not a Planisware partner, you don't have access to their functions, making it difficult for beginners and new team members."
"The UI and UX of Planisware are not that advanced."
"They do not have anything that can assist customers with multi-year roadmap planning."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"Since I use Bubble Innovator to create applications for my company's clients, I feel the pricing part of the product is fair."
"The solution could be less expensive and the cost of scaling is expensive too."
"It comes with a high cost."
"There are training and certification costs."
"The solution is expensive and support is an extra cost. There are three license types to choose from, and we only pay for support and cloud services depending on our needs."
