A tutorial on how to use some new features, such as RADIUS, or use cases that show the best practice on how to solve some cases would be beneficial.
Another concern is that support is getting reduced by Workspace ONE; some customers are saying there are support issues on Workspace ONE right now.
The documentation is not comprehensive compared to other VMware solutions or Microsoft documentation.
It offers the same features you would get from a vendor that charges 250,000 British pounds for a fraction of the price.
The following year, the cost of just licensing was similar to what was paid the previous year for a new appliance along with the implementation and licensing costs.
Regarding pricing, setup costs, and licensing, iboss is not cheap, and that's my only concern.
AWS charges per user, which can be costly if I have more than ten users.
JumpCloud licensing is based on how many users they register in JumpCloud, and each user can have multiple devices, up to three devices.

The solution's mental health function can detect if someone needs help.
It's given us a lot more visibility into our computer assets that may be infected with viruses and also shows us people who have unusually large uploads or might be engaging in high-risk activities, such as searches or going to sites not categorized by their web crawler.
iboss was the best solution for us because, no matter what domain you were in, everything is under a single pane of glass, which is exactly what we wanted.
The most impactful feature of JumpCloud is that it allows me to use one credential for all platforms or accounts, reducing the need to remember multiple credentials.
The feature that I use most is that the user has only one portal to access the applications, such as SSO applications like Google Workspace and the web applications that support SAML or OpenID.
JumpCloud has given us a much more secure environment, and as we move toward a SOC 2 Type 2, having JumpCloud in place made it very easy to gather the evidence we needed to prove that we were doing what we should be doing.
In UEM, the most helpful part of Windows Management is the baseline policy and central script; using this, you can replace all the AD GPO policy.
In terms of assessing the capability of Workspace ONE UEM in maintaining compliance across all endpoints, that's a very handy feature set.
