Seamless presentation and collaboration enhance organizational productivity
There are three main areas for improvement: Firstly, AI capabilities should be integrated into Microsoft Teams to provide better transcript services and offer multiple language support. Secondly, it should allow participants to remain visible during presentations, enhancing interaction. Lastly, it needs broader integration capabilities with other products, like Salesforce ( /vendors/salesforce ), which is currently limited.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"The ability to scale videos is a valuable feature of the product."
"The most valuable features are that it is an all-in-one platform, making it very easy for collaboration with your core employees."
"There is a new Skype feature in Teams that is excellent."
"I think it is stable when I use it for meetings with my customers...The initial setup of Microsoft Teams is easy."
"The collaborating feature."
"It helps our organization with faster communication."
"One of the most valuable aspects is the ability to record sessions on Teams, which is a beneficial feature."
"It has allowed for collaboration during the COVID-19 situation (work from home)."
"The chat functionality is the solution's most valuable feature."

Cons

"The solution must allow users to record videos for a longer time."
"Teams requires a stronger network for joining conversations and meetings."
"If it's a group chat, then we can record the session, but we cannot record a one on one session."
"I have faced issues with connection. Maybe, it's an issue from my side. The company accounts in Teams has some issues as well. I could not establish calls with certain domains, and then the product asked me to buy a professional account. The problem with Teams is that they are split between professional or company accounts and personal accounts. It's not very clear how you can go from one to another. That's the main issue with teams."
"The product is immature and lacks some of the features and functionality you would expect in a collaboration tool."
"We face issues related to screen-sharing and stability. It is very difficult to get Microsoft's support to troubleshoot the issues. The product also needs to update its recording features."
"The solution should standardize the options across platforms. What I mean by that is, sometimes, on the mobile, there are not the same options and set up features and functions as are available on the web or on the desktop app. Everything should have the exact same functionality, otherwise, it's difficult if some people are on mobile and others are on desktop."
"Microsoft Teams could log in faster."
"It would be good if the solution had some sort of AI built into it while taking the transcript so that at least the sentences made sense."
