Works well, but its interface should be a bit more user-friendly
We use it for our process flows and levels of approvals, but I am not managing it directly Its performance, stability, and security are fine. Its interface should be a bit more user-friendly. I have been using this solution for close to a year. It is stable. It is easy to scale. We currently…

Customer data has driven better decisions and highlights where workflow automation still needs improvement
The downside of Studio Creatio is when it is marketed as a no-code platform, it does not support creating any website or mobile application. It is an ecosystem or environment within which a user, developer, or implementation partner has to develop process automation. It is not a drag-and-drop tool to create an application. It is a workflow automation process and enterprise-grade application where an understanding of the platform is essential to use Studio Creatio. It is not an absolute no-code solution. There are some areas with no-code flexibilities, but for specific business use cases or workflows, an understanding of the Studio Creatio ecosystem and .NET technologies is essential.

"This solution only supports basic text, but we would like to be able to insert components such as rich text, graphs, charts, pictures, and other objects."
"It appears that at times, our partners might be using Google Translate, resulting in translations lacking context and not being entirely understandable."
"The mobile version of the solution could be improved. It's hard to customize it."
"The way bpm's infrastructure works, you can only have one data source on a page."
"The mobile version of the solution could be improved. It's harder to customize."
"They can improve the business rules for defining the type and quantity of the business load. They already seem to be working on this improvement. Integration with the social networks will be very appreciated by the companies. It will be very useful for communication between the company and customers, that is, B to C relationships. Most of the customers or users have smartphones, and they use a lot of social networks. Companies need to stay connected with the customers. They have enabled integration with WhatsApp and Telegram in recent releases, which has been very useful."
"It does not have the ability to run one single large process."
"It would be great if the product included a process design tool like Visio inside Process Designer."
"The downside of Studio Creatio is when it is marketed as a no-code platform, it does not support creating any website or mobile application."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"We have a yearly license."
"There is a license required for this solution."
"From my standpoint, it blows out of the water all the other competitors out there that we were potentially looking at, and it was in a reasonable price range, whereas you have these other Fortune 500 companies that were asking for a ridiculous amount."
"I rate the pricing a five on a scale of one to ten, where one is cheap and ten is expensive."
"The pricing plans are not user-friendly because in many cases you have to buy different options to get additional features."
"It is fairly competitive."
"The tool is reasonably priced."
"I rate the product price a five or six on a scale of one to ten, where one is cheap, and ten is expensive."
