| Vice President - Management Information Systems at Quadbridge | 4.0 | I use Dashlane. I like its invisible sharing and auto-fill, finding it stable. My issues are its cost, difficult data transfer, and needing technical help for user setup. I rate it 8/10. |
| IT manager at Landskrona Energi AB | 4.5 | I value Dashlane's synchronization and secure notes for privacy. However, I am leaving due to concerns about it being an American company, which subjects my data to US government access, a major issue for European users. |
We primarily use the solution for a personal secondary backup.
The solution is easy to use.
So far, the performance has been good.
It offers a very easy setup.
The integration capabilities have been good.
It's very stable and quite secure.
I cannot speak to any particular areas of improvement.
The cost, while decent, of course, could always be less.
I've used the solution for a couple of years.
It is very stable and reliable. The performance is good. It doesn't crash or freeze. There are no bugs or glitches.
I've never directly dealt with technical support. I can't speak to how helpful or responsive they are.
I did not use a different solution previous to this product.
The solution is straightforward to set up. It's easy. Our strategy was to have something that could protect from memory loss, or, to be more precise, for offloading memory and organizing information.
It's cost-effective. While the solution is not cheap, it is well worth the money.
I'd recommend this solution to other users and companies. It's been very good overall.
I'd rate it nine out of ten.
I use Dashlane on my mobile phone as a VPN client to connect in public places.
Dashlane's most valuable feature is Hotspot Shield, the VPN feature that allows you to connect securely to public wifi.
The integration with the VPN feature could be smoother.
I've been using Dashlane for about a year.
Dashlane is stable.
The initial setup was straightforward and very intuitive.
I would recommend Dashlane to other users and rate it ten out of ten.
It is for enterprise password management. It is a software as a service, and there is a desktop agent as well, but predominantly, we're using it in the cloud. We have its latest version.
I like the ability to share passwords without them being visible to other team members. The auto-fill capabilities are great too.
It would be good to have some kind of best use cases, tips, and tricks on the platform. In terms of implementation, it took us a little bit longer to implement it, but on the whole, we're happy with the product.
There should also be an easier way to be able to transfer user data to other users who have kind of left the company.
It could be a little bit cheaper.
We recently implemented Dashlane. It has been about five or six months, and I have hands-on experience with it to some extent.
It is stable. We didn't find any bugs or glitches.
It is very straightforward to scale. It is literally just adding additional licenses to the console and then downloading the plugin. So, it is pretty straightforward.
We're currently at 15 users.
I haven't used their support.
It was just Google Chrome and Internet Explorer for saving usernames and passwords.
It has been pretty smooth in terms of the rollout. I was kind of part of the discussions around implementing a solution like that, but the actual implementation was taken care of by one of my engineers who is no longer with us.
It is a little bit on the expensive side.
I would advise holding the users' hands and not letting them do it by themselves. This is really where we had some issues. It needs a technical representative to help with the installation on the end-user side of things.
I would rate Dashlane an eight out of 10.
We primarily use the solution for privacy for users.
The synchronization is the solution's most valuable feature. It works really well. The ability to have secure notes is also very helpful.
There are a few aspects of management that could be improved, however, I don't use them so much.
It would be nice to have the solution localized in Europe. Dashlane is an American company. It's controlled by American laws and regulations that allows the American government to have full access to my data with Dashlane. That's why I am leaving Dashlane, because we can't accept such an important function in American control.
The solution is stable. We haven't had any issues.
The solution is scalable. Currently, we have 15 users on the solution. However, we don't plan to increase usage.
The product works very well, so we've never had to reach out to technical support.
We did previously use another solution, however, Dashlane is much easier to use, which is why we switched.
The initial setup was straightforward. Deployment took about six hours.
We handled the implementation ourselves.
Two years ago the solution was a bit clunky. However, they have improved the interface and it's been very good.
I'd advise those considering using the solution to first check on the GDPR. This is very important for European users specifically.
I'd rate the solution nine out of ten. I'd rate it higher if it wasn't an American solution.
