What other advice do I have?
My advice to someone who is evaluating Dell Enterprise Desktops and Laptops is to focus on the efficiency of the employee rather than the cost of the laptop. It makes no sense to economize on a laptop when spending five, six, or ten times that amount on an employee.
I would rate Dell Enterprise Desktops and Laptops an eight out of ten. They work fast, however, occasionally seem slower than expected, and the driver issues can be problematic.

I have been using Dell Enterprise Desktops and Laptops for 20 years.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
Regarding the stability and reliability of Dell Enterprise Desktops and Laptops, I have experienced downtime and performance issues, however, these come from Microsoft, not from Dell. Facial and fingerprint login has improved daily workflow but frequent Outlook crashes still slow down productivity
What is our primary use case?
My main use case for my laptop is Outlook, Office, and web browsing.
What is most valuable?
I appreciate the feature of logging in with my face or fingerprint, which is very convenient. You should keep this for the next generation. Additionally, logging in with a code instead of typing my number is helpful, though I think that's more of a Windows feature than a Dell feature.
My main area of expertise is as a management assistant, where I make appointments for my managers. When we hire new people, I conduct background checks and ensure they receive an account. When employees leave the company, I close their accounts.
What needs improvement?
The laptop doesn't work well enough for my needs because Outlook still crashes one to two times a day due to the one hundred and forty calendars I have open, and even more than that.
I considered changing to a different solution, which is why at the end of this year I was going to get a new laptop. However, I requested one sooner because my old laptop was crashing even more frequently. That's why I needed more memory and a faster computer. We had to order a brand new one, so I received a slightly older model than the newest model available, so the extra memory was beneficial.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using Dell Enterprise Laptops for two and a half years.
How are customer service and support?
I don't have any direct experience with customer service, but I understand it's a good one.
How would you rate customer service and support?
Positive
What other advice do I have?
I chose Dell Enterprise Laptops because the company does. The pricing is not very cheap, but I don't have detailed knowledge about it. The migration from one competitor to another was seamless. Since we also work with OneDrive, all the information was transferred to another laptop, and I only had to fill in some passwords. Dell Enterprise Laptops is a reliable company with very good laptops. I think other companies also use Dell Enterprise Laptops instead of different brands, so they're one of the biggest in the world. I rate the overall solution a 7 out of 10.
