Someone who has never used Dropbox Sign before could quickly figure it out without needing a tutorial or guide. It is very useful in instantly collecting signatures and keeping others in the loop as well, even if they are beginners or are not signers. I love that our clients really love this tool because they find it easy to use whenever they are working, especially when using the mobile app or even working remotely. They can sign their documents on the go or even while working remotely, saving them the need to move from their offices to come to our offices to sign documents. Some of the best features that Dropbox Sign has to offer include being user-friendly, with no training of any sort needed to use it. It is pretty self-explanatory. I love the follow-ups; if a document goes unsigned, it automatically sends a reminder, but you can also easily trigger reminders to be emailed. The notifications are also super helpful—an email is sent if the signer even opens the document but does not sign it instantly, letting me know that someone saw what I sent them. I appreciate getting another notification after they sign and a final email after everyone has signed the documents, including executed documents as an attachment. Since we started using Dropbox Sign, we have seen significant improvements, especially in terms of time and cost. Our clients do not have to travel from their offices to come into ours, and we do not have to go to their office to sign documents; we just handle everything through Dropbox Sign, making it very convenient, professional, and easy. This allows our clients to resolve cases from out of state, saving them from travel. Additionally, it is saving paper; I often digitally sign a document as the only signer, maybe when I am on a solo project. This saves paper that would have otherwise been printed to fill out by hand, scanned, and discarded. Dropbox Sign has been a game changer in my organization, especially when dealing with a lot of documents to be signed at once. I do not think there is any major dislike or improvement that I would love to see, but help buttons for more complicated steps would be beneficial. Additionally, when the system sends a reminder to a client for signing a document, I would appreciate also receiving a copy of that email.
