We primarily use the solution for endpoint security. It's used to keep our computers virus free. That's the main use case.

It has an easy user interface. The manageability is also easy. 

It's low on system resources.

The initial setup was very straightforward.

The solution is generally affordable. 

Support has been helpful and responsive. 

The maintenance is easy. 

They should focus more on the offline market as well. Everybody is connected nowadays, and they want to do everything via cloud or fast internet connections, however, that's still not possible in many situations.

The API integration with our system should be better.

I've been using the solution for 15 years at this point. 

The stability and reliability are very good. I'd rate it five out of five. There are no issues with bugs or glitches. 

We have 30,000 people on the solution currently. Pretty much everyone uses it. 

It's very easy to scale up with the product and also very easy to scale down again as well.

I'd rate the scalability five out of five.

The initial setup was very easy. It's not complex to deploy. 

We only had three engineers involved in the implementation. It was a small team.

The deployment was quick. We had everything done in a day.

We only really need one person to maintain the solution.

We handled the initial setup in-house. We didn't need outside assistance from any consultants or integrators. 

We've seen ROI. It was pretty quickly realized as well. 

The licensing is very flexible. It can be per month, per year, or licensed over several years. It's really whatever you want. We do it per month in our company.

We find it to be generally affordable. I'd rate it a five out of five in terms of affordability.

We are partners with ESET on some products. 

We are now on the latest version of the solution. 

We use a mix of on-premises and cloud. The cloud deployment was introduced in the last year or so.

I'd rate the solution nine out of ten. I'd advise others to use the solution as it is easy to manage. 

I primarily use the solution as an antivirus.

I'm able to scan the network really easily and I'm able to see the vulnerabilities that are there. It's really, really safe. I can always be sure that if I have malware, it's going to detect it for me. With this product, we can figure out the solution real quick.

The most valuable feature for me is that it is a reliable security solution with multiple layers of technology that can detect, neutralize, and remove malware.

The setup is simple. 

It's scalable. 

Technical support has been helpful.

We find the price of the solution reasonable. 

The speed of response of technical support could be faster. In business, everything happens really quickly, and we need them to be able to keep up. 

The interface is good. However, it could always be better. It could be more user-friendly. 

I've been using the solution for about a year. 

The solution is stable and reliable. There are no bugs or glitches, and it doesn't crash or freeze. The updates are regular as well. 

The solution is very scalable. 

I'm using it for my personal machine, and I've also installed it for about 30 people in our company, for work in progress. I expect to install it for many other employees. We, therefore, do plan to increase usage. 

Technical support is pretty good. We have been happy with their assistance.

The solution is very easy to set up and implement. It's not complex or difficult. 

I'd rate the solution five out of five in terms of ease of setup. 

It took me less than one hour to put it on my machine.

We have six people that are able to handle deployment and maintenance tasks. They are managers, engineers, and support. 

I set up the solution myself, in-house. I have not had any outside help from integrators or consultants. 

It is affordable. It's not overly expensive. 

I'm using the latest version of the product. 

I'd advise potential new users to try the free trial and to experience the business security tools it offers. If they like the features presented to them, they could just go ahead and get it. It really, really helps in the detection of ransomware, zero-day threats, basically anything cyber security related.

I'd rate the product eight out of ten. I would recommend the solution to others. 

I use ESET Endpoint Security to detect malware.

ESET Endpoint Security's best feature is that it's invisible until it detects a problem.

ESET Endpoint Security lacks some advanced functionalities and features which would be useful to be interconnected with the solutions we use, such as Microsoft 365.

I've been using ESET Endpoint Security for more than five years.

I've had no problems with ESET Endpoint Security's stability.

ESET Endpoint Security is very scalable - we scaled up and down by a few hundred users in a month with no problems.

I'm really satisfied with ESET's technical support, they solve all of our problems immediately.

The initial setup was quick and easy.

I advise anybody considering ESET Endpoint Security to find a good partner to implement it. I would rate ESET Endpoint Security as eight out of ten.

I like everything about ESET Endpoint Security, and as an installer, it's very easy to install the solution, but the most important feature is that it helps defend against any virus. When the virus comes, ESET Endpoint Security stops it.

In terms of areas for improvement, I didn't see any from ESET Endpoint Security because what's important is that it works as an antivirus solution. I do find its pricing expensive here in Hungary, so if the price could be lower, that would be good.

ESET Endpoint Security is an antivirus, so it only needs to stop the virus. If it had other features, I wouldn't need it. Every program or solution has specific functions and in this case, ESET Endpoint Security is worth it as an antivirus, though in the next release of the solution, it would be better if there's some improvement in its antivirus database.

I've worked with ESET Endpoint Security for twenty years, and I've dealt with it over the last twelve months.

ESET Endpoint Security is a stable product.

I didn't have a need for ESET Endpoint Security technical support, so I didn't contact the support team.

The initial setup or installation for ESET Endpoint Security is very easy.

Pricing for ESET Endpoint Security could be lower because here in Hungary, it's expensive.

I'm rating ESET Endpoint Security eight out of ten. I'm not giving it a ten because the solution, being just an antivirus, doesn't do anything for me.

We used ESET Endpoint Antivirus for the workstations to prevent Trojans, worms, and malware.

I liked that ESET Endpoint Antivirus was light, easy to install, and easy to integrate.

Online security could still be improved in ESET Endpoint Antivirus because security is threatened by phishing.

We used ESET Endpoint Antivirus for three years, but then we moved to a different solution. We used it in the previous year before we moved to Microsoft Defender.

ESET Endpoint Antivirus was easy to scale.

We didn't contact the ESET Endpoint Antivirus support team.

We didn't use a different solution previously, because we started with ESET Endpoint Antivirus.

The initial setup for ESET Endpoint Antivirus was straightforward. We installed it on many workstations.

We deployed ESET Endpoint Antivirus with our in-house team.

You need to pay for the ESET Endpoint Antivirus license monthly or yearly, whichever you choose.

We used the latest version of ESET Endpoint Antivirus.

We had one engineer who was responsible for the maintenance of the solution. We had fifteen users of the solution before we shifted to ESET Endpoint Protection Advanced.

I would recommend ESET Endpoint Antivirus to others, but currently, we're using Microsoft Defender.

I'm giving ESET Endpoint Antivirus a rating of seven.

We are using ESET PROTECT for endpoint protection.

The dashboard is useful for management, and its cost for the features is hard to beat.

It is rather easy to use. It is pretty much hands-off once you get it set up on the machines. We've not had any issues, and it has been easy to maintain. 

The update process can be improved, and there could be an automatic update process when a new version comes out. For system updates or program updates, there could be more automation.

I have been using this solution since I came to this organization. It has probably been 10 years. 

We have not had any stability-related problems with it.

It is very scalable. In terms of its users, from senior management to production floor workers, we probably have 450 users. 

In terms of usage, we're using the basics of it. There is probably more we could do. We're not utilizing it at 100%.

They've been very helpful anytime we've had an issue. They're easy to work with, and it's usually a straight phone call. Their online help and chat function have been good, but if an issue needs any more than that, a phone call has been very helpful.

We've had it since I've been here.

It was implemented before I got here, but its setup is straightforward.

As far as I know, it was implemented in-house. Its maintenance is pretty much handled by one person.

The bang for the buck is as good as I've seen out there.

It is just under $20 a user per year, and there are no additional costs. I would rate it a five out of five in terms of pricing.

I would advise looking at all the features and finding out which one is going to work for you.

I would rate this solution a nine out of ten.
