I use ESET Endpoint Antivirus for protection against threats.

I'm using ESET Endpoint Antivirus on my own laptop, and whenever I buy a new computer, then, I download the software from the internet on ESET's website.

I have found ESET Endpoint Antivirus is light on system resources compared with other antivirus solutions that tend to be very heavy on the computers system resources. Additionally, the solution is very secure.

The solution could have a more user-friendly interface.

I have been using ESET Endpoint Antivirus for a long time.

ESET Endpoint Antivirus is stable. 

I would rate ESET Endpoint Antivirus a nine out of ten for stability.

The scalability of the solution is good.

I have not needed to contact technical support.

I was previously using Norton Antivirus.

The setup is simple.

I did the implementation of the solution myself.

There is a license needed to use this solution and there is an annual subscription. The price is inexpensive.

I recommend this solution to others.

I have found the ESET Management Console very good. It gives me many features, such as managing users and installing a new version.

We have experienced some problems with the actualization of some endpoints. We then have to manually reinstall the version on these endpoints.

I have been using ESET Endpoint Security for approximately eight years.

The scalability of ESET Endpoint Security is okay.

We have approximately 50 people using this solution in my organization.

The technical support of the solution could be better.

We previously use Symantec products and we switched to ESET Endpoint Security because it was less expensive.

The initial setup is easy.

We have one person that does the maintenance of the solution.

The price of ESET Endpoint Security is in the middle range of price compared to other solutions. For example, BitDefender can be more expensive.

I rate ESET Endpoint Security an eight out of ten.

We use ESET to protect our company from evolving threats. We also use it to monitor activity in the network, have a hardware and software inventory, and automate some tasks such as running commands through a console and things like that.

The software and hardware inventory that you can create by using the console is valuable. It is also very light on hardware resources.

They can improve ransomware protection, and there should be cloud sandboxing for Mac.

I have been using this solution for many years.

It is stable on Windows and Mac.

It is easily scalable.

Their support is great and excellent.

It is easy to set up the solution. The duration depends on the number of endpoints and servers that you have. If you have many computers and you're using Active Directory, it generally takes less than a week.

To set it up, choose a cloud. That's because it is easier to implement than on-premise, and you can use GPO to deploy the probe using Active Directory. 

By using the console, you can uninstall antivirus from other companies, and you can also set up some alerts. If there is anything you need to look at, such as malware detection, you can schedule alerts via email.

I would rate ESET Endpoint Security a 10 out of 10.

We use the solution to try to protect against bugs. I simply install it on all our computers, in its basic format, for the purpose of dealing with basic bugs. I do not have the capabilities to use the solution for more advanced purposes. Basically, we use it for protection. 

I would like for the solution to be simpler to understand. While it satisfies our needs at the moment, it is really only understandable to those with a strong computer background. It could be more user-friendly. 

The solution should provide a basic standard and give instructions on how one could go about doing more complex tasks. When it comes to basic capabilities, it is fine and straightforward, so I have no complaint in this regard. 

The solution could be more cost-effective, but this is a blanket statement which can be made about anything. 

We have been using ESET Endpoint Security for more than five years. 

The stability is great. It is perfect and effortless, which is why I like the solution. There is no need to involve oneself with this. 

I suppose the solution is scalable, although I have no personal knowledge of this. I have never attempted to scale it. 

I have contacted technical support on a couple of occasions. I simply call Auckland and they instruct me how to proceed. I am satisfied with the support. It is good. 

The initial setup was completely simple. 

It took all of a few minutes. 

I handled the installation independently. 

The solution requires nearly no maintenance. There are only the regular updates, which it mostly handles on its own. 

As is the general rule with anything, the solution could be cheaper. 

We started using the solution based on the recommendations of several friends of mine who have much familiarity with computers and have simply continued to do so. 

While I don't recall the exact figure, I believe there are seven or eight users making use of the solution. We use it on our server, as well. 

I would definitely recommend the solution to others. 

I rate ESET Endpoint Security as a ten out of ten. 

We use ESET Endpoint Security for endpoint security. 

While it is difficult for me to comment fully on the solution, as I am still testing it on the server side and have yet to conduct endpoint testing, I do feel that it beneficial in respect of features that I cannot find with SSTM's.

I have not found the solution to be very helpful in providing endpoint security. 

As analysts, we need to do things fast. We rely on automation and on scripts, but I find this lacking in the solution. The solution lacks the automation I need. For example, should I wish to create a dynamic group, it won't appear. 

The solution is scalable, but I found the deployment part to be difficult. When it comes to deployment for the appointed client, the size of the package, 250 MB, is excessive for the limitations we face in Canada. For some regions this does not pose a problem, but in Canada it does. 

While I don't have personal experience with tech support, my understanding from my colleagues is that they are pleased with it. 

The initial setup of Azure is easier than that of the solution. 

Azure has an easier setup than ESET Endpoint Security. I am biased towards the former. 

Since we have four apps through our use of SSTM, STVM, I only make use of the Microsoft Products. This makes the integration of another Microsoft product much easier. 

I rate ESET Endpoint Security as an eight out of ten. 

We use the solution for protection against threats, such as viruses.

They could improve the solution by adding better ransomware features.

The solution is easy to install and configure.

I would advise companies before purchasing this solution to make sure it has all the features they are looking for in the package they choose.

We're using it for the management of our staff, their laptops, and endpoint devices. We're not using it for any mobile devices, such as phones or tablets. Instead, we're using it for the endpoint protection and security of endpoint devices like laptops specifically.

The solution is very easy to use and simple to navigate.

The product is quite affordable.

The implementation process is nice and easy.

It may be a bit early to tell if there is anything lacking. I'm still getting myself oriented... We're using it for some of its basic features. However, as we get to use it and understand its broader feature-set and experience, there might be more to comment on in terms of improvement requests.

It would be ideal if it could detect threats sooner.

The integration capabilities might be lacking a bit. We were expecting it to be a bit more robust.

We've been using the solution for the past three months.

We have about 15 people using the product in our office.

We've never used technical support. We go through our partners if we need any assistance. Therefore, I can't speak to how helpful or responsive their support would be.

The solution was pretty simple to set up. It was quite quick as well. I'd say it's quite easy to install and implement.

You don't need too many people to deploy and maintain the solution. We might have about three or so people who can handle those duties. Of course, then there were people from our side involved in defining some of those policies, et cetera.

We had one of our partners assist us with the implementation process.

The pricing is very reasonable. We do have to pay for a license. We have purchased a yearly license for ESET.

We did not look at other solutions prior to choosing this product. We had some machines that were well protected and some that weren't. Some came with some basic antiviruses, some didn't have anything or some were expired. Overall, we probably weren't really using anything, at least on a standard basis.

We are customers or end-users. We don't have a business relationship with ESET.

Since the solution is cloud-based, we're always using the most up-to-date version.

In general, I would rate the solution at a seven out of ten. We still need time to explore it as it's still quite new.

I'd recommend the solution to other users or companies. 

This solution is used in medium to large enterprises.

The most valuable feature of this solution is the ease of use.

I also like the confidence in this product.

I am a MAC user and my ESET cybersecurity is continuously displaying warnings that I am not using their firewall. I don't want to use their firewall because I am using the MAC firewall.

It's annoying to constantly see the triangle with an exclamation mark to warn me. I don't want to see this warning, I am aware of the warning and decided not to use it. It would be nice if there was a way to hide this notification or if there was a way to not show it at all.

I have been using ESET Endpoint Security for approximately three years.

It's a stable solution.

We have approximately 25 users in our organization.

We have not needed to use technical support.

The initial setup was straightforward. It was easy.

The price is okay and I don't have any issues with it.

We have a three-year license.

We plan to continue using this solution and I would recommend it to others.

Overall, I like this product and I am satisfied with what it does.
