Everlaw is something I always recommend to people who have large-scale projects but may have a client who is not willing to pay as much as it would be if they were to use Relativity.
Everlaw offers incremental search building, exceptional customer support, effective labeling features, quick document loading, and improving analytics and AI capabilities. However, it is expensive, used less for Data Breach projects compared to Relativity, and requires clearer pricing disclosure. Ingestion improvements are needed for processing large documents, and simplifying third-party load requirements is recommended. Despite its strengths, the cost and preference for alternatives may affect its appeal to tech buyers.
