Everlaw is something I always recommend to people who have large-scale projects but may have a client who is not willing to pay as much as it would be if they were to use Relativity.
Everlaw excels in speeding up legal workflows by enabling incremental search expansion, swiftly loading documents and images, and enhancing review efficiency. Phenomenal customer support further boosts its appeal for tech buyers. Despite its benefits, Everlaw's high costs, needed improvements in data ingestion for family documents, and significant training requirements present challenges. PII identification issues and a preference for Relativity in eDiscovery for Data Breach projects are noted drawbacks.
