Files.com has positively impacted my organization by making my exchange of information with partners more reliable and secure, moving me from a situation where I had an on-premise SFTP server with periodic issues to a situation where everything happens without any issues.

We have seen a return on investment, as our average time saving per week, when looked at across the whole year, saves us an average of 24 days in the whole year from a work perspective, which is equivalent to a saving of £19,000.

The only thing is that their pricing may be somewhat not suitable for many customers. I find it a little costly.

One improvement that could be a nice addition would be some level of integration of Files.com into Microsoft 365 applications to make it easier for end users to use it as a file-sharing tool.

In terms of improvement, I would say the navigation on the user experience could be improved because there is so much within the platform that I know we do not fully use, and part of that might be that it is a little bit tricky to find.

My third concern is that I now need to cancel it and no one has replied to me, and they've just charged me again, which is annoying because I wanted to be able to cancel and you cannot cancel within the platform.

One way Files.com can be improved is that logging is not intuitive and managing different levels of user permissions is currently not possible.

The improvement I believe can be made to Files.com involves having the ability for group admin to have more user access and permission access to add users and delete users.
