One area IBM Security MaaS360 with Watson can be improved is that once a device is lost, I have to continue to pay for the license, which should be looked upon and configured otherwise.
Synchronization is a problem sometimes, and I suggest that IBM Security MaaS360 with Watson should improve by making the user interface more user-friendly.
