Its scalability, stability, and technical support are valued, though licensing costs are high. Despite robust transformation features, it lacks advanced analytics, requiring additional products. Integration with cloud applications is challenging, and documentation is seen as inadequate. Performance may suffer under large data volumes, making it less competitive for certain tech buyers.
