How was the initial setup?

The initial setup process was straightforward and deployed on the public cloud with minimal complexity. It is easy to maintain and we rely on support from the provider for any issues.

What other advice do I have?

We integrate Jira Align with ERP systems like SAP using web services for seamless data exchange.

It facilitates team coordination and project tracking, especially with remote work.

I recommend it for companies with complex project management and agile practices.

I would rate it a nine; it's been instrumental in our project management strategies, though there's room for minor improvements.

What is our primary use case?

This is an enterprise-level solution for management to track their capabilities or features. I'm a Jira developer and we are customers of the company. 

What is most valuable?

Align enables the capture of all capabilities and that's its best feature. It's easy for management to track everything inside of that.

What needs improvement?

The synchronization between Jira and Jira Align takes too long and that is something that they could work on. 

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

The solution is stable.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

The solution is scalable, we have around 1200 plus users.

How are customer service and support?

We have two technical guys from Atlassian, who connect with us weekly and they are very helpful. 

How was the initial setup?

The initial setup is straightforward. 

What other advice do I have?

This is a good solution for enterprise-level organizations. Before starting with Jira Align it's important to configure Jira as a standalone. It has to be configured as per Atlassian best practices so, for example, you can't create a board with multiple projects, because there will be synchronization issues. Things like custom fields cannot be migrated to Jira Align. Some fields are not available. It's possible that in later versions they have provided all these features. 

I rate this solution eight out of 10.
